Test Your Family Members on What the World Was Like When They Were Born
Have you ever played All About Me on the FamilySearch website? It’s a trivia game that tells you interesting facts about your name and what was happening in the world the year you were born. You can play this game with a parent or grandparent to learn more about life “way back when.”
In the FamilySearch Tree app, go to the menu and tap Family History Activities. Then choose All About Me, continue as a guest, and enter the person’s name, birth year, and country. See if your parent or grandparent knows who won the World Series the year they were born, or if they remember the hit songs of the day. You’ll learn about their childhood, and they’ll have fun sharing memories!
