Here’s what 3 Nephi 27 might’ve been like.
The name of our Church is special because it makes it obvious who we worship.
It’s not “The Church of Joseph Smith” or “The Church of Mormon” or “The Church of Russell M. Nelson.”
It’s The Church of Jesus Christ!
After the Savior called His disciples and established His church among the Nephites, He explained the significance of this name.
Today we belong to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, meaning that we are part of the Savior’s Church in the last dispensation! That name was also given by revelation.
The Church is filled with imperfect people, but participating in Church will always bless your life!
