Frozen Orange Bars
1/3 cup orange juice
ice cubes
1 package (3 ounces/84 g) orange gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
2 cups frozen whipped topping
4 wax-coated paper cups (4 ounces/112 g)
4 Popsicle sticks

Pour the orange juice into a measuring cup and add enough ice cubes to equal one cup.

Place the gelatin in a large bowl. Pour in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the orange juice and ice cubes. Stir until the ice cubes have melted.

Fold in the whipped topping.

Spoon the mixture into the paper cups. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, then add a stick to each cup and freeze for another 1 1/2 hours, or until firm. Gently pull an orange bar from its cup; enjoy!
