Joshua’s Courage

After Moses died, the Lord chose Joshua to become the prophet. God told Joshua to be strong and have courage.

Joshua led the people to the promised land. When they crossed the River Jordan, God stopped the water so they could walk across.

Joshua taught people about choices. He said they could choose whether or not to follow God.

Joshua chose to follow God. Many of the people did too.

I can have courage like Joshua. I can choose to follow God.
