England is a country in Western Europe. It’s part of the United Kingdom. More than 50 million people live there.

Early Pioneers

The first missionaries came to England in 1837. Many people were baptized and then traveled to the USA. Now there are almost 150,000 Church members in England!

The writer William Shakespeare was from England. He invented hundreds of English words. Today, nearly 1.5 billion people speak English.

Windsor Castle

England has hundreds of castles. Windsor Castle was built in the 11th century and is the oldest castle with people still living in it.

Getting around London

London, England, is the capital of the UK and one of the biggest cities in Europe. It has lots of tall red buses to help people get around.
