Listen to the Holy Ghost

Do this activity with your family to learn about the Holy Ghost.

1.

   Choose someone to be the “finder.” That person leaves the room while the others hide an object like a rock or toy.

2. 

   Bring the finder back in.

3. 

   One person whispers to help the finder know where the hidden object is. The others speak in normal or loud voices to distract them.

4. 

   When the person finds the object, pick someone new to be the finder.

Talk about how the Holy Ghost speaks to you with thoughts in your mind and feelings in your heart. He can guide you and help you make good choices. When you follow those thoughts and feelings from Him, you can feel joy and peace.

Treat Time

Make fruit-slice “cookies” to eat with your family! Cut an apple or pear into thin slices. Then add toppings like peanut butter, honey, nuts, chocolate chips, or coconut flakes.
