Ngenxa yothando lwaKhe olugqibeleleyo kuthi, uBawo wethu waseZulwini unolangazelelo lokwabelana nathi ngovuyo lwaKhe olugqibeleleyo, ngokubini ngokwangoku nangonaphakade. Oko ibiyinkuthazo yaKhe kwinto yonke ukusukela ekuqaleni, kuquka nesicwangwiso saKhe esizukileyo solonwabo nedini lokuPhela koNyana waKhe oZelweyo lokukhulula thina

UThixo akazami kunyanzela uvuyo okanye ulonwabo kuthi, kodwa Yena usifundisa indlela yokulufumana. Yena kananjalo usixelela apho uvuyo singenakho ukulufumana—“inkohlakalo [ayinakho kwaye] ayizange ibe luvuyo” (Alma 41:10). Kunge miyalelo yaKhe athi uBawo wethu waseZulwini atyhile kuthi indlela eya kuvuyo.

UMongameli uRussell M. Nelson wayivakalisa ngale ndlela:

“Kodwa nantsi inyaniso ephambili: ngeli thuba ihlabathi lizingisa ekubeni amandla, ubutyebi, ukubaluleka, kwaye neenkanuko zenyama zizisa ulonwabo, akunjalo! Azinakho! Into eziyiphuhlisayo liqokobhe elingenanto endaweni ‘ngemo eneentsikelelo neyolonwabo [lwabo] bayigcinayo imiyalelo kaThixo’ [Mozaya 2:41].

“Inyaniso kukuba kudina kakhulu ukufuna ulonwabo apho ungena kuze ulufumane khona! Nangona kunjalo, xa uzibophelela edyokhweni kuYesu Krestu kwaye wenze umsebenzi wakwamoya ofunekayo ukuze woyise ihlabathi, nguYe, kwaye nguYe kuphela, onawo amandla okukuphakamisa akuncede uxhathise kwizilingo zeli hlabathi.”1

Ngolu hlobo, uvuyo olungenasiphelo lufumaneka ekugcineni imiyalelo kaThixo, kwaye imiyalelo kaThixo ifumaneka kwivangeli kaYesu Krestu. Kodwa kokwethu ukukhetha. Ukuba ebuthathakeni bethu siyasilela okwexeshana ukugcina imithetho, sisenakho ukujika, silahle okukrakrayo, kwaye kwakhona sisukele okulungileyo. Uthando lukaThixo alusithetheleli isono—oko kungaba yinceba ehlutha ubulungisa—kodwa ngeNtlawulelo yaKhe, uYesu Krestu unikeza uhlangulo esonweni:

“UAmyuleki … wathi … iNkosi ngokwenene kufanele ize ukuze ikhulule abantu bayo, kodwa ingezi ukuba ibakhulule bese zonweni zabo, kodwa ukuba ibakhulule kuzo izono zabo.

“Kwaye unamandla awanikiweyo avela kuBawo ukuze abakhulule ezonweni zabo ngenxa yenguquko; ke ngoko uthumele iingelosi zakhe ukuba zivakalise iindaba zeemeko zenguquko, ezisa emandleni oMkhululi, elusindisweni lwemiphefumlo yabo” (Hilamani 5:10–11; ugxininiso longeziwe).

UYesu wathi:

“Ukuba nigcina imithetho yam, niya kuhlala eluthandweni lwam; nkqu njengoko ndiyigcinile imithetho kaBawo wam, kwaye ndahlala eluthandweni lwakhe.

“Ezi zinto ndizithethile kuni, ukuze uvuyo lwam luhlale kuni, luthi novuyo lwenu luzaliseke.” (UYohane 15:10–11).

Le yindlela uLihayi awavakalelwa ngayo kwiphupha lakhe ngethuba awayengcamla kwisiqhamo somthi wobomi—omele uthando lukaThixo. Yena wathi, “Ndakube ndithabathile ndatya kwisiqhamo sawo sawuzalisa umphefumlo wam ngovuyokazi olugqithisileyo (1 Nifayi 8:12; bona kananjalo 11:21–23).

ULihayi kananjalo watyhila indlela yesibini esinokuzisa ngayo uvuyo ebomini bethu xa wayesithi, “Ngako oko, ndaqalisa ukunqwenela ukuba nosapho lwam kananjalo lungathabatha lutye kuso [isiqhamo] (1 Nifayi 8:12).

UkuNceda Abanye Bafumane uVuyo

Njengabantu bakaKumkani uBhenjamin, thina “sizaliswa luvuyo” xa sifumana uxolelo lwezono zethu kwaye sifumane “izazela ezinoxolo” (Mozaya 4:3). Siluva kwakhona xa sijonga ngaphandle kwaye sifune ukunceda amalungu osapho kwaye nabanye bafumana olwa vuyo noxolo olufanayo.

Njengomfana omncinane u-Alma wafuna ulonwabo kwinto yonke echasene nevangeli kaYesu Krestu. Emva kokukhalinyelwa yingelosi, wathatha ithuba ekunyovuleni “kwiinkxwaleko” ukuya koku “lungileyo” ngenguquko “esondele ekufeni” (Mozaya 27:28) nofefe oluninzi loMsindisi. Emva kweminyaka, u-Alma wabhengeza ngokukhawuleza kunyana wakhe uHilamani:

“Kwaye owu, olunjani lona uvuyo, kwaye okunjani kona ukumangalisa ukukhanya endakubonayo; ewe, umphefumlo wam wazaliswa luvuyo olwalugqithise njengokuba yayinjalo intlungu yam! …

“Ewe, kwaye ukususela kwelo lixa kude kube kalokunje, ndisebenze andapheza, ukuze ndibe nokuzisa imiphefumlo enguqukweni; ukuze ndibe nokubazisa ukuba bangcamle kuvuyo olugqithileyo endathi ndangcamla kulo. …

“Ewe, kwaye ngoku qaphela, Owu nyana wam, iNkosi ithi indinike uvuyo olugqithisileyo kwisiqhamo semisebenzi yam;

“Kuba ngenxa yelizwi [ivangeli kaYesu Krestu] ethe yalinikela kum, qaphela, abaninzi bazelwe ngokukaThixo, kwaye bangcamle njengokuba nam ndingcamle” (Alma 36:20, 24–26).

Kwesinye isihlandlo, u-Alma wangqina:

“Olu luzuko lwam, ukuba mhlawumbi ndingaba sisixhobo ezandleni zikaThixo ukuzisa umphefumlo othile enguqukweni; kwaye olu luvuyo lwam.

“Kwaye qaphelani, xa ndibona abaninzi babazalwana bam bezohlwaye ngokwenene, kwaye besiza kwiNkosi uThixo wabo, ke umphefumlo wam uzaliswa luvuyo” (Alma 29:9–10).

U-Alma waqhubeka ukuvakalisa uvuyo olukhulu awaluvayo bakuba abanye baba nempumelelo ekuziseni imiphefumlo kuKrestu:

“Kodwa andivuyiswa yeyam impumelelo yodwa , kodwa uvuyo lwam luzele ngakumbi ngenxa yempumelelo yabazalwana bam [oonyana bakaMozaya], ababeye kwilizwe likaNifayi.

“Qaphelani, basebenze ngokugqithisileyo, kwaye bazise ngaphambili iziqhamo ezininzi; kwaye uya kubanjani ukubaluleka umvuzo wabo!

“Ngoku, xa ndicinga ngemiphefumlo yaba abazalwana bam umphefumlo wam uyemka, kwanokude ube nokwahlulwa kuwo umzimba, njengoko kwakunjalo, lukhulu kangako uvuyo lwam” (Alma 29:14–16).

Singafumana uvuyo olufanayo njengoko sithanda abanye “ngothando olumsulwa lukaKrestu” (Moronayi 7:47; bona kananjalo umqolo 48), yabelana ngenyaniso ebuyiselweyo kunye nabo, kwaye ubameme bahlangane nabantu bomnqophiso

Asifanelanga koyika ukuba izilingo nemingeni esingenakuyiphepha esijongene nayo kule mo yokufa iyakuluthintela okanye ilutshabalalise uvuyo lwethu. U-Alma yayingulowo onkonzo yakhe yokuzinikela kwabanye othe walahlekelwa kakhulu. Wahlupheka ngokufakwa entolongweni, ixesha elide lendlala nonxano, ukubethwa, izoyikiso kubomi bakhe, nokuba sisigculelo ngokuphindeneyo nokuchaswa. Kwaye okwangoku, konke kwaku “ginyelwe eluvuyweni lukaKrestu” (Alma 31:38). Mhlawumbi intlupheko ka-Alma yenza ukuba uvuyo olwathi lwalandela lube lukhulu ngakumbi.

UMongameli Nelson usikhumbuza ukuba uvuyo lwadlala indima kwintlupheko yoMsindisi—“ngenxa yovuyo olwalubekwe phambi kwakhe [Yena] wawunyamezela umnqamlezo” (KumaHebhere 12:2).

“Cinga ngoko! Khon’ukuze Yena abe nokunyamezela awona mava abuhlungu awakhe anyanyezelwa emhlabeni, uMsindisi wethu wagxila ku vuyo!

“Kwaye lwaluyintoni uvuyo olwalubekwe phambi kwakhe? Ngokuqinisekileyo lwaluquka uvuyo lokuhlambulula, lokuphilisa, nokomeleza thina; uvuyo lokuhlawulela izono zabo bonke abo baguqukayo; uvuyo lokwenza ukuba mna nawe sibe nakho ukubuyela ekhaya—sihlambulukile kwaye sifanelekile—ukuba sihlale nabaZali baseZulwini neentsapho zethu.

“Ukuba sigxila kuvuyo oluya kuza kuthi, okanye kwabo sibathandayo, yintoni esinokuyinyamezela ngoku ebonakala inzima, ibuhlungu, isoyikisa, ingafanelekanga, okanye ngokucacileyo ingenakho ukwenzeka?”2

Umdala uChristofferson wabelana ngendlela uvuyo lonyamezelo oluza ngayo ngokunyamezela kwivangeli kaYesu Krestu kwaye nokunceda abanye benze njalo. Uvuyo olungenasiphelo luza njengoko sihlala eluthandweni lukaThixo, sithobele imithetho yaKhe kwaye samnkele ufefe loMsindisi. Kwindlela yevangeli, kukho uvuyo kuhambo ngokunjalo nasekupheleni. IVangeli kaYesu Krestu yindlela yenguquko yemihla ngemihla.
