The Many Names of Jesus

Many prophets taught about Jesus Christ. They said He would be born to show us how to live. They used many names to teach about Him.

Jesus, as a boy, is learning about carpentry from Joseph.

Sometimes in the scriptures Jesus is called Immanuel. That name means “God with us.”

Jesus is also called the Messiah. Messiah means “the anointed one.” Jesus died for us so we can live with God again.
