It’s the last week of the exercise challenge!

Let’s finish strong together.

This month we’ve been doing a Book of Mormon exercise challenge together!

We’ve practiced squats, push-ups, and jumping jacks.

Now it’s time for the last invitation—Challenge #4:

  • As you read Alma 36–38, continue doing 2 squats for “Lamanite,” 1 pushup for “Alma,” and 3 jumping jacks for “word.”
  • Also do 4 sit-ups every time read the word “commandments.”
  • Think about when keeping a commandment has blessed your life.
