Try this 5-4-3-2-1 workout and treat yourself with a nutritious smoothie after!

Warm up:
10-minute walk or jog

Workout:
5-minute fast run
5-minute walk or jog
4-minute fast run
4-minute walk or jog
3-minute fast run
3-minute walk or jog
2-minute fast run
2-minute walk or jog
1-minute fast run
1-minute walk or jog

Cool down:
5-minute walk or jog

Try this delicious smoothie recipe to help you recover from your workout.

Choconana Butter Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 spoonful natural peanut butter or another nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes (more if you use fresh bananas instead of frozen)

Blend together and enjoy!
