One of the wonderful things about Church is that it brings together people of all different ages. It really is like a big family—with older folks who are like grandparents and young kids who are like little brothers and sisters.
And you. You are so important!
Think about what makes your generation unique. Does any of this connect with you?
- You grew up with technology, so it comes more naturally to you.
- You’re stronger and more energetic than older folks who might need help with physical chores.
- Because you learn new things every day, you’re mentally flexible and think of new ideas and solutions.
Your Church family—and the world at large—needs you for these reasons and others too. You are like an important link between the younger kids who look up to you and the older folks who are mentors. Like President Freeman said, you are strong!
