Ko Līhaí ko e hako ʻo Manase (vakai, ʻAlamā 10:3) pea ko ʻIsimelí ko e hako ia ʻo ʻIfalemi. Naʻe fakahoko e kikite ʻa Sēkopé (vakai, Sēnesi 48:16; 49:22) ʻi he taimi ne ʻalu ai ʻa e Fāmili ʻo ʻIsimeli (ʻIfalemi) ki he konitinēniti ko ʻAmeliká mo Līhaí (Manase).

Ne lea ʻa ʻEletā ʻElasitasi Sinou (1818–88) ʻo e Kōlomu ʻo e Kau ʻAposetolo ʻe Toko Hongofulu Mā Uá ʻo kau ki he mahuʻinga ʻo e hohoko ʻo ʻIsimelí: [“‘Ilonga ia kuó ne lau fakalelei ʻa e Tohi ʻa Molomoná te ne ʻilo naʻe nofo e toenga ʻo e fale ʻo Siosefá ʻi he konitinēniti ko ʻAmeliká; pea naʻe ako ʻa Līhai ʻaki ʻene fekumi ki he ngaahi lekooti ʻo ʻene ngaahi tamaí ʻa ia ne tohi he ngaahi peleti ʻo e palasá, he naʻe kau ia ʻi he hohoko ʻo Manasé. 1 Nīfai 7:14. Ko ha Ola ʻo Hono Liʻaki ʻo e Kau Palōfitá

  • Naʻe fakamatalaʻi ʻe Nīfai naʻe liʻaki ʻe he kau Siu ʻi Selusalemá ʻi hono kuongá ʻa e ʻOtuá; ko hono olá, naʻe mavahe ʻaupito ʻa e Laumālie ʻo e ʻEikí meiate kinautolu. Ko e meʻa ia ne hoko he kuonga ʻo Noá (vakai, Mōsese 8:17), mo e kau Nīfaí (vakai, Molomona 5:16), mo e kau Sēletí (vakai, ʻEta 15:19). • Naʻe ʻikai ke pōpula ʻa Leimana mo kinautolu naʻá ne tākiekiná ʻi he fononga ki he fonua ʻo e talaʻofá. Naʻe tali ʻe Nīfai ʻenau holi ke foki ki Selusalemá ʻaki ʻene fakahā ange ha tokāteline mahuʻinga, “Ko hoʻomou filí ia” (1 Nīfai 7:15). Hangē ko hono fakapapauʻi mai ʻe Palesiteni Tōmasi S. Te mou fehuʻi ai, ʻ ʻOku mahuʻinga pehē fau ʻa e ngaahi fili ʻoku tau faí?’ ʻOku ou pehē kiate kimoutolu, ʻoku hanga ʻe he ngaahi fili ʻoku tau faí ʻo fakapapuʻi hotau ikuʻangá.
