3 Nīfai 12:17–20, 46–47. Naʻe Fakahoko e Fono ʻa Mōsesé ʻe Sīsū Kalaisi

  • ʻI he taimi ne fakahoko ai ʻe he Fakamoʻuí e ngāue ʻi he moʻui fakamatelié, naʻe hoko e fono ʻa Mōsesé ko e fakavaʻe ia ʻo e lotu ʻa e kau ʻIsilelí mo ʻenau moʻui fakasōsialé ʻo laka hake ʻi ha taʻu ʻe lauiafe. Naʻe maʻu ʻe he kau Nīfaí e ngaahi lekooti ne hiki ai e fonó he peleti palasá, pea naʻe akoʻi mo tauhi ʻe he kau palōfita Nīfaí ʻa e fonó. ʻI he taimi naʻe ʻaʻahi ai e Fakamoʻuí ki he kau Nīfaí, naʻá Ne akoʻi kiate kinautolu kuo fakahoko kakato moʻoni e fonó ʻiate Ia. Ka neongo iá, he ʻikai ke nau fakakaukau naʻe “fakataʻeʻaongaʻi” pe kuo “mole” ʻa e fono ʻa Mōsesé (3 Nīfai 12:17–18). Naʻe anga fēfē hono “fakakakato” ʻe he Fakamoʻuí ʻa e fono ʻa Mōsesé kae ʻikai ke “fakataʻeʻaongaʻí?” ʻOku kau ʻi he fono ʻa Mōsesé ʻa e ngaahi meʻa ʻoku fekauʻaki mo e tafaʻaki ki heangamaʻá mo e ouaú fakatouʻosi.
