Rejuvenating Activities

High-quality sleep, daily physical activity, sufficient nutrient-dense foods, and time to slow down to ponder, meditate, and commune with the Lord can all be extremely helpful in de-stressing and recharging yourself each day. You don’t have to be perfect in these things to get benefit from them. Rather than employing an “all or nothing” strategy, try an “always something” strategy.

This means you don’t have to go all-out in an intense workout every day. Rather, decide to simply do something. Listen to your body, and be flexible.

Likewise, don’t give up on eating healthy and nutritious foods if you don’t have the healthiest options available to you. Simply adjust and do the best you can with what is provided. Influence what you can influence.
