Talking to Others
If you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, pray and share your feelings with your Father in Heaven. Seek His help.
It can also help to share your feelings with your companion, district leader, zone leader, mission leaders, and family members. Let them know how you are feeling.
If the stress feels overwhelming and chronic, let your mission leaders know. They can then get you additional help and support.
