Chaaon aur Dhoop Me, Prabhu, Mere Saath Rehna!
Hum aapke gawahi deta ki “chaaon aur dhoop me” Prabhu hamara saath dega, ki hamare “kasht Masih me anand me grahan [ho sakte hai].”
Hum long ke ek pyaara gaana ek vinti batawe hai “Chaaon aur dhoop me, Prabhu, mere saath rehna!”1 Ek dafa hum hawai jahaj me raha jab ek bada toofaan aais. Khidki se baahar maine dekha, hamare niche ghane baadal the. Dhalte suraj ke kirno ki jhalak baadalo pe dekhaata raha, jisse baadal ekdam chamkila ho gaya tha. Jaldi hi, hawai jahaaj ghane baadalo me thoda niche ho gaya aur hum achanak se ghor andhere me dhak gaye jisne hame andhe jaise kar diya woh unjiyala se jo thoda der pahela hun dekha raha.2
Kaale baadal sake hum long ke jiwan me bhi chaawe, jon sake Parmeshwar ke roshni dekhne se roke aur saait hum long u roshni ke maujoodgi pe bhi sawaal karega. Isme se kuch baadalo udaasi, chinta, aur anye tarah ke maansik aur jazbaati musibat hote hai. Ih sake hum long ke apne aap, dusar long, aur Parmeshwar ke bhi jis tarah se hum long dekhta ke galat rup dekhawe. Isse duniya ke sab ilaaka ke mahilaa aur purush long pe asar pada hai.

Jab hum long ke dimaag ke kasht howe, yeh sahi hai ke aap Parmeshwar se, apne aas-paas ke logon, aur chikitsak aur maansik swaasth ke daactar se madad maango.
“Sabhi maanav—purush aur aurat—Parmeshwar ki chaaya mein banaae gaye hein. Har ek aatmik putra ya putri swargiye pita-maata ke liye priye hay, aur … har ek ke paas Ishwariye swabhav aur Ishwariye kismet hai.”3 Hamare Swarg ke Maata-Pita ke aur Uddhaarkarta ke tarah, hum long paas ek shareer hai4 aur anubhav mehsoos karte hai.5
Mere priye bahano, yeh saadharan hai kabhi kabhi udaas ya chintit mehsoos karega. Udaasi aur chinta prakritik (natural) manushye ehsaas hai.6 Lekin, agar hum long lagataar udaas rahega aur agar hum long ke peeda Swarg ke Pita aur Uske Putra ke pyaar aur Pavitra Aatma ke prabhaao ke mehsoos kare se roki, tab hum long udaasi, chinta, ya koi aur maansik rog ke shikaar hai.
Hamaar beti ek dafa likhis: “Ek samay raha … [jab] hum hamesha bahut udaas rehti thi. Hum hamesha sochta raha ki udaasi se sarmaawe ke chaahi, aur ki u ek kamzori ke chinh raha. Yahi kaaran hum apan udaasi apne me rakha raha. ... Ayse lagta raha hum koi kaam ke nahi hai.”7
Ek saheli i rakam se varnan (described) karis: “Hamaar bachpan se, hame lagataar samaana karna pada niraasha, andhkaar, akelapan, aur dar aur aisa ehsaas hota raha jaise ki hum toot gaya hai. Hum sab kuch karte raha apan peeda chupaawe ke liye aur kuch janawe nahi mangta raha sirf ki hum mehnati aur mazboot hai.”8
Hamaar pyaare doston, ih hum long me se koi ke sange sake howe—khaas kar ke jab, khushiyaali ke yojna me biswaasi rahe se, hum long apan uppar bina wajah ke bojh daalta ih soch ke ki hum long ke abhi uttam chaahi raho. Aisan soch sake hum long ke bahut bekaabi dewe. Perfekshan paawe ke kriya ke sake hum long ke pura maransheel jiwan lage aur usse aage bhi—aur khali Ishu Masih ke kripa se mumkin hoi.9

Ishu Masih ke chelein hone ke naate, humne Parmeshwar se ek vachan liya hai ki hum “ek dusre ke bojh ko dhone me sahayta denge” aur “royege uske saath joh dukh se rote hai.”11 Isme saait maansik beemaariyon ki jaankaari rakhna bhi shaamil hai, uh saadhan ke dhoondhna jisse ayse mushkilon ka saamna kiya jaa sake, aur apan aap ko aur doosaro ke Masih ke kareeb le aao, joh Mahaan Changaai dene waala hai.12 Bhale hum long nahi janta samjhe dusar long konchi se guzre hai, ih maanana zaroori hai ki dusar ke peeda sach hai jon sake ek pehla kadam rehwe samjhdaari aur changaai pane me.13
Kabhi kabhi, udaasi ya chintai ka kaaran jaana jaa sakta hai, par kabhi kabhi ise jaanana mushkil rahe hai.14 Hum long ke dimaag ke takleef howe sake tanaao15 ya bahut zyaada thakaan ke kaaran,16 jiske kabhi kabhi sahi bhojan paani, aaraam, aur kasrat se sudhaara jaae sake hai. Dusar samay pe, chikitsa-vigyaan ya peshewar daactar ki dawaaiyon ki bhi zaroorat padegi.
Anupachaarit (untreated) maansik ya jazbaati beemaari sake lejawe zyaada alagav, nasamjhi, tute rishte, khud ko chot pahunchana, aur atma-hatya ki or. Hum iske apne anubhao mila hai, kyunki hamaar pitaji ke kayi saal pehle atma-hatya se maut hois raha. Uske maut se hamaar pariwaar aur hamme bahut chaunka aur afsos hois. Hamme bahut saal laga apan dukh ke samjhe me, aur abhi haal hi me hum seekha ki atma-hatya ke baare me sahi tarah se baat kare se asal me iske protsaahan dewe ke jagah roke sake hai.17 Ab hum apan ladkan se apan pita ke maut ke baare me khul ke baat kiya aur u changaai ke gawaah dekha jon Uddhaarkarta veil ke dono taraf pradaan kare hai.18
Afsos hai, kayi long jo zyaada udaasi se guzre hai apne aap ke saathi Santo se door karte hai kyunki u long soche ki long aur sab kaalpanik surat (imginary mold) me nahi mil pais. Hum long sakta u long ke madad karein ke mehsoos dilawe ki woh waasto me hamare saath sambandhit (belong) hai. Yeh pehchaanna zaroori hai ki udaasi koi kamzori ka natija nahi hai, na toh woh aksar paap ka natija hota hai.19 Woh “chup rehne se ubharta hai par sahanubhuti me sikud jaata hai.”20 Ek saath, hum akelepan aur badnaami ke baadalo se nikal sakte hai taaki sharmindagi ka bojh uth sake aur changaai ka chatmatkaar hoe sake.
Uske maransheel prachaar ke daoraan, Ishu Masih ne beemaar aur dukhit ko changa kiya, par har ek insaan ko Uspe biswaas karna tha changaai ko haasil karne ke liye. Kuch long lambi doori tay kees, kuch haath badha kar Unke kapde chuwe, aur anye logon ko Uske paas utha ke lejana pada changaai paane ke liye.21 Jab changaai paane ko hota hai, kya hum sabhi ko Uski sakt zaroorat nahin hai? “Kya hum sab bhikhaari nahin hai?”22
Aao hum Uddhaarkarta ke raaste pe chale aur zyaada sahanubhuti dein, nyaye karne ko kamti karein, aur kisi ke dhaarmikta ke afsar na bane. Pyaar se sunna ek bada uphaar hum de sakte hai, aur priyejanon aur doston ke madad kar sakta hai woh ghane baadalo ke hatane ya jhelne me jon unke dam ghot dewe hai23 isliye ki, hamare pyaar ke zariye, woh ek baar Pavitra Aatma ko mehsoos kar sake aur Ishu Masih se joh roshni mile hai uske dekhe sake.
Agar aap lagataar “andhkaar ke dhuwe”24 me ghire rahe ho to Swarg ke Pita ki or mudo. Aapka koi bhi anubhao is anant sachaai ko nahi badal sakta ki tum Unke bachche ho aur Woh tumse pyaar karta hai.25 Yaad rakkho ki Masih tumhara Uddhaarkarta aur Muktidaata hai aur Pita Parmeshwar tumhara Pita hai. U long samjhe hai. Unhe apne kareeb dekho, sunte huwe aur sahara dete huwe.26 “[Woh] tumhe mushkilon me sahanubhuti denge.”27 Aap sabhi kuch karein, aur Prabhu ke praeshchit ke daya pe bharosa rakho.
Aapko mushkilo aapke nichit nahi karta hai, lekin ye aapke nikhaar sakta hai.28 “Shareer me musibato,” ki wajah se29 aapke kshamata (ability) milta hai doosro ke liye aur sahanubhuti mehsoos karene me. Jaise Pavitra Aatma batlata hai, apni kahani ke bataao is wajah se ki, “kamzor ko taaqat de sake, latke haatho ko uthaa sake, aur kamzor ghutno ko mazboot kar sake.”30
Hum long me se jon abhi mushkilo ke saamna karte ya madad karein koi ke jon ih haalaath me hai, aao hum Parmeshwar ke aagyaaon ka paalan karein taaki Unki Aatma hamesha hamare saath rahe.31 Aao hum “chote aur saadharan cheezein”32 karein jisse hamein aatmik shakti mili. Jaise Pradhaan Russell M. Nelson bolis: “Koi bhi cheez swarg ke ashish nahi laawe jetna, jaada shudhta, sahi aagyakaarita, dil se dhoondhna, har roj Mormon Dharamshaastra me Masih ke shabdo ka bhog lena, aur barabar samay mandir aur parivaar itihaas ke kaam me bitana.”33
Aao hum sab yaad rakhe ki hamare Uddhaarkarta, Ishu Masih, “ne apne upar [hamare] durbaltaaon [ko liya hai], jisse ki uska pyaala daya se bhar uthega, jisse woh maano shareer ke [hamare[ durbaltaaon ke anusaar woh jaane … kaise apne [hamari] sahayta kar sake.”34 Woh aaya “tute hriday waalon ko saahas dene, … jo dukhi hai unko sahanubhuti dene; … unhe raakh ki jagah sundarta dene, harsh ka tel lagane, udaasi ke jagah pe jayjaykaar ka odhna odhaane.”35
Hum aapke gawahi deta ki “chaaon aur dhoop me” Prabhu hamara saath dega, hamare “kasht Masih ke anand me grahan [ho sakte hai],”36 aur “kripa ke hi zariye hum bach sake hai, humare sab koshisho ke baad.”37 Hum gawahi deta ki Ishu Masih dharti pe laut ke aaega “apne pankh me changaai le ke.”38 Tab jaake, Woh “[hamare] aankho ke sabhi aansu poch dega; aur phir yahan kuch bhi … dukh nahi hoga.”39 Kyunki sab jo “Masih ke paas aaenge, aur usme sampurn kiye jaaenge,”40 surya phir kabhi asth na hoga … kyunki Prabhu [hamare] hamesha ki jyoti honge, aur [hamare] rone ke din khatm ho jaaenge.”41 Ishu Masih ke naam se, amen.
