Phakathi nezinyanga uPawulu azichitha eKhorinte, “abaningi kwabaseKhorinte bamuzwa bakholwa, babhabhadiswa” (IzEnzo 18:8). Ngakho kumele ukuba kwadabukisa inhliziyo kuPawulu ukuzwa, eminyakeni embalwa nje kamuva, ukuthi kwakukhona “ukwehlukana” “nokuxabana” phakathi kwabaNgcwele baseKhorinte nokuthi lapho engekho baqala ukulalela “ukuhlakanipha kwalelizwe” (1 KwabaseKhorinte 1:10–11, 20).
