Naʻe mahino kia Palesiteni Tēvita O. Makei hono mahuʻinga ke fakatupulaki ha ʻulungāanga māʻoniʻoni ʻo fakatatau mo e sīpinga ʻa e Fakamoʻuí. Naʻe hā mahino ʻeni ʻi heʻene moʻui feohi mo e kakaí pea mo ʻene moʻui fakafoʻituituí fakatouʻosi.

Naʻe tāumamaʻo ʻa hono potó mo loloto ʻo tokaimaʻananga ai ʻa e ngaahi founga ʻa e tangatá pea mo e ngaahi taumuʻa ʻa e ʻOtuá. … Ko e tōʻonga kotoa pē ʻoku lekooti ʻi hono hisitōlia nounoú, neongo hono mahuʻingá, ne hoko ʻene moʻuí ko ha meʻa ia ke hā ai ʻa e ʻofa faka-Kalaisí mo e loto ʻofá. Ko e ʻuluakí ko e fakatātā ʻo Kalaisi ʻi he ʻao ʻo Pailató ʻi he taimi ne lea ai ʻa e pule Loma ko ʻení ki he kau fakatanga ne ʻitá, “Vakai ki he tangatá!” (Sione 19:5.) … ka mou loto toʻa; kuó u ikunaʻi ʻa māmani.” (Sione 16:33.) Ko hotau faʻifaʻitakiʻangá ia.6

ʻOku totonu ke tau fakafōtunga atu ʻa Sīsū Kalaisi ʻi hotau tuʻunga fakafoʻituituí koeʻuhí ko Hono ʻulungāanga fakalangí. … ʻOku nau fakahīkihikiʻi Ia koeʻuhí he naʻe hoko ko ha tangata ʻiloa. Ka ʻi he kānokato ʻo hono ʻulungāangá, naʻe hiliō ʻi he meʻa kotoa pē.7

Tatau ai pē pe ʻe ʻilo pe ʻikai, ko kinautolu kotoa pē ʻoku fai angahala, te nau totongi ʻa e tautea ʻo e angahalá mo e taʻe tokangá. Ko e fakakaukau ʻoku muʻomuʻa ʻi he angafaí, ʻokú ne tuku hono nunuʻa tuʻuloá ʻi he ʻulungāangá. Pea neongo ʻe feinga ʻe he tokotaha ko iá ke ne fakafiemālieʻi hono konisēnisí ʻaki haʻane pehē… ʻoku ʻikai “ko ha fuʻu meʻa lahi” ʻeni ia, ka, ʻi hono lotó moʻoni, ʻoku mahuʻinga tatau ai pē, pea ʻe tuʻu ʻa e ngaahi fakaʻilonga ko iá ʻi hono ʻulungāangá ke talatalaakiʻi ia ʻi he ʻaho ʻo e fakamāú. Naʻe ʻafioʻi ʻe he Fakamoʻuí kapau ʻe lava ʻo fakatonutonu ʻa e ʻatamaí, kapau ʻe lava ke tekeʻi ʻa e fakakaukau mo e fakahehema ki he koví, ʻe siʻi ange ʻa e tōʻonga koví. ʻOku ʻikai fakamaʻamaʻaʻi ʻe Sīsū ia ʻa e kovi ʻo e ngaahi tōʻonga ko ʻení, pe te Ne pehē ʻoku ʻikai totonu ke tau tauteaʻi kinautolu; ka ʻokú ne fakamamafaʻi hono fie maʻu lahi ange ke tau tauhi ʻa e fakakaukaú mo e ʻatamaí ke maʻá. Ko e fuʻu ʻakau koví te ne fua mai ʻaki ʻa e fua kovi; ko e fuʻu ʻakau leleí te ne fua mai ʻaki ʻa e fua lelei. Tauhi ʻa e fuʻu ʻakaú ke haohaoa, ʻa e fakakaukaú ke maʻa, pea ʻe maʻa ai mo e fuá pea maʻa mo e moʻuí.12

Ko e ʻulungāanga totonú ko e ola ia ʻo ha feinga taʻe tuku mo e fakakaukau lelei, ko ha ola ʻo ha feohi lōloa mo e ngaahi fakakaukau hangē ko e ʻOtuá.
