Talanţii

Jesus tells His disciples about a man who gave his servants some talents - ch.48-1

Isus a spus ucenicilor Săi o povestire despre un om care a dat robilor săi nişte talanţi. Un talant însemna o sumă mare de bani.

Matei 25:14–15

The man gives five talents to one servant, two talents to another, and one talent to another - ch.48-2

Omul a dat unui rob cinci talanţi. Unui alt rob i-a dat doi talanţi. El a dat celui de-al treilea rob un talant. Apoi, acel om a plecat într-o călătorie.

Matei 25:15

The servant with the five talents works and makes five more talents - ch.48-3

Robul cu cinci talanţi a muncit din greu. El a câştigat alţi cinci talanţi. El avea acum zece talanţi.

Matei 25:16

The servant with the two talents makes two more talents - ch.48-4

Robul cu doi talanţi a muncit şi el din greu. El a câştigat alţi doi talanţi. El avea acum patru talanţi.

Matei 25:17

The servant with one talent buries it in the ground - ch.48-5

Robul cu un talant l-a îngropat în pământ. El s-a temut că avea să-l piardă. El nu a muncit pentru a câştiga alţi talanţi.

Matei 25:18

The man returns and asks his servants what they have done with their talents - ch.48-6

Când omul a revenit, el i-a întrebat pe robi ce făcuseră cu talanţii lui.

Matei 25:19

The first servant brings his ten talents to the man - ch.48-7

Primul rob i-a adus zece talanţi. Omul a fost mulţumit. Omul l-a făcut pe rob conducător peste multe lucruri şi i-a spus să fie bucuros.

Matei 25:20–21

The second servant brings his four talents to the man - ch.48-8

Al doilea rob i-a adus omului patru talanţi. Omul a fost mulţumit şi de acesta. El l-a făcut pe al doilea rob conducător peste multe lucruri şi i-a spus să fie bucuros.

Matei 25:22–23

The servant with one talent brings the talent he buried - ch.48-9

Al treilea rob i-a dat înapoi omului talantul pe care îl îngropase. Omul nu a fost mulţumit. El a spus că robul a fost leneş. El trebuia să fi muncit din greu pentru a câştiga mai mulţi talanţi.

Matei 25:24–27

The man takes the talent from the third servant and gives it to the first - ch.48-10

Omul a luat talantul de la al treilea rob şi i l-a dat primului rob. Apoi, el l-a alungat pe robul leneş. Omul din povestire este asemănător lui Isus. Noi suntem asemănători robilor. Isus va judeca cum foloseşte fiecare dintre noi darurile care ne-au fost date.
