Jab hamare saath bura hota hai, tab hum auron ko ya khud Parmeshwar ko doshi tehraate hai. Kabhi kabhi log kuch paana apna adhikaar samajh lete hai, aur vyaktiyaan aur dalein unki kalyaan ki zimmedaari ko anye logon ya sarkaar par saupte hai. Dhaarmik maamlo mein kuch log sochte hai ki, purush aur mahilaaon ko khud dhaarmik banne ki koshish nahin karni chahiye — kyunki Parmeshwar humse prem karta aur hamein bachaata hai “hum jis kisi bhi rup mein hai.”

Brigham Young ne kaha tha: “Mai nahin chahata ki is duniya ka, ya swarg ka koi Antim Din Sant, mere kiye kaam se santusht rahe, jabtak Prabhu Ishu Maseeh ka Aatma,—praktikaran ka aatma, unhein santusht nahin karta. Mai chahata hoon ki khud ke liye jaane aur khud ke liye samjhe.”3
Parmeshwar hamein “hamare hi stithi mein” nahin bachaata, kyunki “hum jis tarah hai” hum apavitra hai, aur “koi bhi apavitra cheez …unke upastithi mein nahin ji sakta; kyunki, Adam ke bhaasha mein, Pavitrata ka Manushye uska naam hai, aur Unka Eklauta ka naam hai Manushye[Pavitra ka] ka Putra. ”4 Aur dusra, Parmeshwar hamein koi waisa cheez nahin banne dega jo humne khud nahin chuna hai apne karmon ko karne dwara. Hamein Parmeshwar-dwara-banaye yojna mein anandit hona chahiye(aur hum hote hai) jo hamein maoka deta hai apne liye chunaao karne ka khud kaarye karna aur parinaam bhugatna, jaise dharamshaastra batlaate hai, “kadwa ghut peena, taaki [hum] achche ka mol jaane.”5 Hum hamesha abhaari rahenge ki Uddhaarkarta ke Praeshchit ne pehle paap par vijay paaya taaki hum is duniya mein aa sakein par Adam ke patan(bhool) ke liye saza nahin paaye.6 Is tarah Patan se mukti paane ke baad, hum Parmeshwar ke saath nir-apraadh jiwan shuru karenge aur “sadeo ke liye swatantra hokar, unhein bhale aur bure ka gyaan rahega; aur [hum] swanye karm karne mein swatantra rahenge na ki dusre ke prabhaao mein karm karenge.”7 Hum chun sakte hai ki hum kis tarah ke vyakti honge, aur Parmeshwar ki madad se, woh Unki tarah bhi ho sakta hai.8
Ishu Maseeh ka susamachaar maoke utpann karta hai ki hum kya ban sakte hai. Ishu Maseeh ke Praeshchit aur Unke anugrah ke dwara, hamare celestial kaanoon ko achchi tarah aur lagataar jeene ke asafaltaaon ko mita deta hai aur hum ek Maseeh ke jaisa charitra paa kar pavitra ho jaaenge. Nyaye chahata hai ki yeh sab na ho, bina hamare anumati aur sehbhaagi hone ke. Aysa hamesha hota aa raha hai. Dharti par hamari upasthiti shaaririk jeewon ki tarah ek parinaam hum us chunao ka jo hum sab ne kiya tha apne Pita ke yojna mein bhaag lene ke liye.9 Isliye, uddhaar divye purvaanumaan ka parinaam nahin hai, magar woh sirf divye ichcha se to nahin hota.10
Nyaye Parmeshwar ka ek avashyak gun hai. Hum Parmeshwar mein vishwaas rakh sakte hai kyunki Woh purn rup se bharosemand hai. Dharamshaastra hamein sikhlaate hai ki “Parmeshwar tedhe maarg par nahin chalta, na to woh daae mudta na baae, na to woh us baat se mukarta jo usne kaha hai, isliye uske maarg seedhe hai, aur uske sadak se idhar udhar nahin jaaya jaata”11 aur ki “Parmeshwar kisi ka paksh nahin karta.”12 Hum nyaye ke divye gun par nirbhar rehte hai vishwaas, saahas, aur aasha ke liye.
Par kyunki Parmeshwar sampurn rup se ekpakshiye nahin hai, kuch cheezein hai jo woh nahin kar sakta. Woh ekpakshiye nahin ho sakta kuch logon ko bachakar aur kuch ko saza dekar. Woh “paap ko thoda bhi maoka nahin dega.”13 Woh nyaye ko daya se dabne nahin dega.14
Yeh janna ki Parmeshwar ne daya ke siddhaant ko aayojit kiya hamein yeh dikhlaata hai ki Woh ekpakshiye nahin hai. Kyunki woh ekpakshiye nahin hai isliye Unhonne daya ke liye raasta banaya taaki woh apni bhumika nibhaae hamare anant naseeb mein. Isliye ab, “nyaye apne pure vidhaan-anusaar kaam karta hai, aur daya us par adhikaar karti hai jo uske shetra mein hai.”15
Hum jaante hai ki woh “unke kasht aur mrityu hai jisne koi paap nahin kiya, jisse [Pita] bahut prasann the; … [Unke] Putra ka lahoo jo baha tha”16 jo nyaye ke maango ko pura karta, daya ko undelta hua, aur hamein mukti dilaata hai.17 Phir bhi, “nyaye anusaar, mukti ki yojna laai nahin jaa sakti thi, sirf pashchataap ke niyamon par.”18 Woh pashchataap ki avashyakta aur saobhaagye hai jo daya ko apna kaam karne deta hai bina nyaye ko nasht kiye.
Maseeh ki mrityu hui ekpaksh ho kar bachane ke liye nahin par pashchataap dilaane ke liye. Hamein pashchataap karne ke liye “puri tarah se uspar nirbhar hona padega jo bachaane waala hai”19 pashchataap ke liye khud kuch karna ek atma-ichcha waala badlaao hai. Pashchataap ko anugrah paane ka shart banakar, Parmeshwar hamein zimmedaari lene deta hai. Pashchataap hamare naetik chunne ki shakti ka sammaan karta aur use barkaraar rakhta hai: “Is prakaar daya nyaye ki maang ko santusht kar sakti hai aur unhe suraksha ki baanho mein le leti hai, jabki woh vyakti jo apne paapon par pashchataap nahin karta use nyaye vidhaan ka saamna karna padta hai; is kaaran kewal usi ke liye mukti ki anant yojna laai jaati hai; jo ki apne paapon par pashchataap karne mein vishwaas karta hai.”20
Parmeshwar ke nyaye aur daya ko theek se nahin samajhna ek baat hai; Parmeshwar ke upastithi ya mahaanta ko na swikaar karna ek alag baat hai, par kuch bhi hum phir bhi kam safaslta paaenge—kabhi kabhi bahut kam—apne sampurn, divye saobhaagye se. Ek Parmeshwar jiski koi maange na ho Woh us Parmeshwar ki tarah hota hai jo jiwit nahin hai. Parmeshwar ke bina ek duniya, woh jiwit Parmeshwar jo naetik kanoon banata hai Apne bachchon ki dekhbhaal aur sudhaar ke liye, aysa duniya hai jahan sachchaai aur nyaye nahin hai. Woh aysi duniya hai jahan sachchaai aur buraai har vyakti ke liye alag hai.
Sapekshawaad ka matlab hai har vyakti apne khud ka uncha adhikaari hai. Haalaanki, aysa nahin ki jo log iska saath dete hai woh Parmeshwar ko nahin maante. Kuch log jo Parmeshwar mein vishwaas karte hai khud bhi vishwaas karte hai ki woh, khud, apna sahi galat ka chunao karenge. Ek jawaan baalig ne ayse kaha: “Mai nahin sochta ki mai keh paaunga ki Hinduism galat hai ya Catholicism galat ya Episcopalian hona galat hai—mujhe lagta yeh sab tumhare vishwaas se taalluk rakhta hai. … Mai nahin sochta ki kuch sahi aur galat hai.”21 Ek aur baalig se uske dhaarmik vishwaas ke baare mein pucha gaya, usne kaha, “Mai khud mein vishwaas karta hoon—yeh sab usi ke baare mein hai. Mera matlab hai, tumhare vishwaas par adhikaar kaise aa sakta hai?”22
Jo log vishwaas karte hai ki kuch bhi ya sabh kuch sach ho sakta hai, lakshye, sthir sachchaai, aur vishwa sachchaai jabarjasti ki tarah mehsoos hota hai —“Mujhpar koi dabaao nahin ki mai kisi cheez ko sach kahun jise mai nahin pasand karta.” Par isse vaastavikta mein badlaao nahin aayega. Gravity ki niyam mein na vishwaas karna chahane waale ko roka nahin jaaega agar woh chattaan se kudna chahega. Yahin sach hai anant kaanoon aur nyaye ka. Swatantrata milti hai usse bachne se nahin par usko amal mein laane se. Yeh avashyak hai Parmeshwar ki apni shakti ke liye bhi. Agar baat sthir aur nabadalne waale sachchaaiyon ki nahin hoti, chunne ki shakti ka uphaar vyarth jaata kyunki hum kabhi apne karmon ko samajh nahin paate aur uske parinaam nahin dekhte. Jaise Lehi ne batlaya tha: “Agar tum kaho ki koi niyam nahin hai, tab tumhe yeh bhi kehna hoga ki koi paap karm bhi nahin hai, agar tum kehte ho ki paap nahin hai tab tumko yeh bhi kehna hoga ki pavitrata bhi nahin aur agar pavitrata nahin hai tab anand bhi nahin hoga. Aur agar pavitrata nahin hai aur na to anand hi hai tab na to dand hi hoga aur na to dukh hi hoga. Agar yeh sab baatein nahin hai tab Parmeshwar bhi nahin ho sakta.”23
Saansaarik aur dhaarmik maamlon mein, khud zimmedaari lene ka maoka ek Parmeshwar-ka-diya uphaar hai jiske bina hum Parmeshwar ke putriyaan aur putra hone ka sampurn saobhaagye nahin jaan paate hai. Vyaktigat uttardaaitav ek adhikaar bhi hai aur zimmedaari bhi jo hamein lagataar surakshit rakhna hai; uspar dharti ki Rachna se pehle hamla hua hai. Hamein logon aur kaaryekramon se uttardaaitav ko surakshit rakhna hai jo (kabhi kabhi achche iraade se bhi) hamein mohtaaj bana denge. Aur hamein use apne hi chahaton se surakshit rakhna hai taaki hum gunon, chamtaaon, aur Maseehjaisa charitra ko paane ke kaam ko na taale.
Ek aadmi ki kahani batlaai gayi hai jo kaam nahin karta tha. Woh chahata tha ki koi uski har ek zaroorat ko pura kare. Uske soch ke anusaar, Girjaghar ya sarkaar, ya donon, ko uski sewa karni thi kyunki usne apna tex aur daswa hissa bhar diya tha. Uske paas khaane ko kuch nahin tha par woh kaam se inkaar karta tha khud ko sambhaalne ke liye. Haar maan kar aur naaraazgi mein, jin logon ne uski madad karne ki koshish ki thi ne tay kiya ki agar woh khud ke liye kuch nahin karega, toh unhein use kabrastaan le jaana chahiye aur use marne dena chahiye. Kabrastaan jaate samay, ek aadmi ne kaha, “Hum aysa nahin kar sakte. Mere paas kuch makai hai mai ise de dunga.”
Tab unhonne jaane waale aadmi ko samjhaya, aur usne pucha, “Kya uska(makai ka) chilka chilaan hai?”
Unhonne jawaab diya, “Nahin.”
“Ayse mein to,” usne kaha, “mujhe kabrastaan leta chal.”
Yeh Parmeshwar ki marzi hai ki hum swatantra purush aur mahila banein jiske paas chamta hai apne sampurn sambhaaona ko saansaarik aur dhaarmik rup se paane ka, ki hum gareebi aur paap ke apmaanjanak rukawaton se mukt rahein, ki hum aatma-sammaan aur aazaadi ka anand lein, ki hum sabhi tarah se tayyaar rahein Unke saath Unke celestial raajye mein jaane ke liye.
Mai kisi behkaawe mein nahin ki aysa ho sakta hai hamare khud ke koshishon ke bina Unke avashyak aur atal madad ke. “Hum jaante hai ki anugrah ke dwara hum uddhaar paaenge, jitna kuch bhi hamare bas mein hai karne ke baad bhi.”24 Aur yeh nahin zaroori hai ki hamein kisi star tak pahunchna hai chamta ya achchaai mein taaki Parmeshwar madad karein—divye sahayta hamari ho sakti hai har din ke har ek ghante mein, chaahe hum aagyakaarita ke maarg par kisi bhi jagah hai. Magar mai jaanta hoon ki Unki madad chahane ke baad bhi, hamein mehnat karni hai, pashchataap, aur Parmeshwar ko chunna hai taaki Woh hamare jiwan mein madad kar sakein nyaye aur naetik chunne ki shakti ke anusaar. Mera saadharan niwedan hai ki zimmedaari uthaao aur kaam par lag jaao taaki Parmeshwar ke paas kuch ho hamein madad karne ke liye.
Mai gawahi deta hoon ki Pita Parmeshwar jiwit hai, ki Unka Putra, Ishu Maseeh, hamare Muktidaata hai, aur ki Pavitra Aatma hamare saath maujood hai. Woh hamare madad karne ki ichcha rakhte hai, aur Unke paas unginit chamta hai aysa karne ke liye. Aao hum “dhul mein se jaage aur uth jaae, … jisse ki jo vachan Amar Pita ne [hum] logon ko diya tha, woh pura ho.”25 Ishu Maseeh ke naam se, amen.
