Ongoʻi Taʻe-manonga

Falala Fakalangi

ʻOku tali ʻe he ʻOtuá ʻa e ngaahi lotú ʻi ha founga hono tolu: ʻikai ha tali. “Ko e taimi ʻokú ke moʻui taau ai pea fenāpasi hoʻo filí mo e ngaahi akonaki ʻa e Fakamoʻuí pea ʻokú ke fie maʻu ke fai leva hoʻo filí, fai ia ʻaki ʻa e loto falala.”5

ʻOku fakatātaaʻi ʻe he feinga fakaʻosi ʻa Nīfai ke maʻu ʻa e ngaahi peleti palasá ʻa e founga ʻoku totonu ke tau fakahoko ʻaki e falala fakalangí. Naʻá ne lekooti:

“Pea naʻe tataki au ʻe he Laumālié, ʻo ʻikai te u tomuʻa ʻilo ʻa e meʻa te u faí.

“Ka naʻá ku ʻalu atu pē” (1 Nīfai 4:6–7).

ʻE hoko ha ngaahi momeniti ʻi he ngaahi taʻu lahi ʻo hoʻo filí he ʻikai ke ke lava ai ʻo toe toloi ka kuo pau ke ke ngāue. 3. Moʻui ʻi he Lolotongá

ʻOku tuʻu fehangahangai lahi ʻa e loto ʻaki ʻe Nīfai e fononga ki he fonua kuo talaʻofá mo ia ʻo hono ongo tokoua ko Leimana mo Lemiuelá. Naʻá na fili ke ō, ka naʻe ʻikai teitei mavahe hona lotó mei Selusalema. Naʻe ngaohi ʻe Nīfai ʻene kaufana ne maumaú ke kumi ʻaki ha meʻakai pea mo keli ha ukamea ke foʻu ha vaka ka ʻoku hangē ne nofonoa pē hono ongo taʻoketé ʻi ha tēnití.

ʻOku tokolahi ʻi he ʻahó ni ʻi māmani ha kau Leimana mo ha kau Lemiuela. Ka ʻoku fie maʻu ʻe he ʻOtuá ha kau tangata mo ha kau fafine ʻoku loto ʻaki ʻo hangē ko Nīfaí. ʻOku fakafōtunga ʻe Nīfai ʻa e faleʻi ʻa Palesiteni Tōmasi S. Monisoní: “ʻE lava ke ʻomi ʻe he misi ki he kuohilí mo e fakaʻānaua ki he kahaʻú ha fakafiemālie ka he ʻikai ke ne fetongi ʻa e moʻui ʻi he lolotonga ní. Ko e ʻaho ʻeni hotau faingamālié, pea kuo pau ke tau puke ia.”7

4. Fakaʻaongaʻi e Mālohinga ʻo e Niʻihi Kehé

Naʻa mo ʻetau ʻosi kolea ʻa e Laumālié, pea laka atu ʻi heʻetau filí, mo tukupā kakato ki aí, ʻe lava pē ke kei ake mai ʻa e veiveiuá mo fakatupu ke tau fehuʻia ʻetau filí. ʻE lava ke ʻomi ʻe ha mēmipa falalaʻanga ʻo e fāmilí pe ha kaungāmeʻa ha faleʻi mo ha mālohi ke tau tuʻu maʻu, ʻi he faʻahinga tūkunga peheé. ʻOku ou fokotuʻu atu ne hoko ʻa e uaifi ʻo Nīfaí ko hono fakamaʻunga falalaʻanga ʻi he lolotonga ʻo ʻene fonongá.

Naʻá ku fakahoungaʻi ʻa e uaifi ʻo Nīfaí ʻi he lolotonga ʻo haʻaku ʻaʻahi ki he Musiume ʻo e Hisitōlia e Siasí. Naʻá ku moʻusioa ai ʻi ha tāvalivali ʻo Nīfai kuo haʻi ki he fanā ʻo e vaká, pīponu ʻi he afā ne tō.8

Naʻe ʻi he tafaʻaki ʻo Nīfaí hono uaifí mo e taha ʻo ʻene fānaú.
