“Naʻá ne fua hake [ʻe Sīsū] ʻa ʻenau fānau īkí, taki taha, ʻo ne tāpuakiʻi ʻa kinautolu, mo hūfakiʻi ʻa kinautolu ki he Tamaí. … Pea folofola ia ki he kakaí ʻo pehē ange kiate kinautolu: Vakai ki hoʻomou fānau īkí” (3 Nīfai 17:21, 23).

6. ʻOku angaʻofa ʻa e fānaú pea ʻoku nau fie maʻu ke ʻofaʻi kinautolu. Kumi ha ngaahi faingamālie ke fakamālohia ai e angalelei pea mo e angaʻofa ʻoku fakanatula pē ʻene hoko mai kiate kinautolú. Fakatupulaki ʻenau loto-falalá ʻaki haʻo fakahaaʻi ange hoʻo ʻofá, houngaʻiá mo e fakafanongo tokanga ki he meʻa ʻoku nau lea ʻakí.

7. ʻOku muimui ʻa e fānaú ki hoʻo tā sīpingá. ʻOkú ke hoko maʻu pē ko e faiako, ʻo aʻu pē ki he taimi ʻoku ʻikai te ke fakatokangaʻi aí. ʻE fakatokangaʻi ʻe he fānaú hoʻo moʻui ʻaki e ngaahi tefitoʻi moʻoni ʻokú ke akoʻí. ʻE lava hoʻo tā sīpinga angatonú ʻo takiekina mālohi ʻenau fakamoʻoni ʻoku lolotonga fakatupulakí.

8. ʻOku taimi nounou pē e tokanga ʻa e fānau ikí ki ha meʻá. Mahalo ʻe ʻuhinga e taʻetokanga ʻa e fānaú ʻoku nau ongosia pe fiekaia, pe ʻoku ʻikai ke mahino kiate kinautolu ha meʻa naʻá ke leʻa ʻakí, pe ʻoku fie maʻu ke nau ngaungaue, pe ʻoku nau taʻeoliʻia. ʻOku nau fiefia ke ako ʻo fou ʻi hono toutou fakahokó, ako ki he ngaahi meʻa kehekehe, ngaahi talanoa ʻoku faingofua, ngaahi hivá, mo e ʻū ʻekitivitií.
