Kuo hoko ko hotau tufakanga ke fekumi … ki he meʻa ne fakahoko ʻe he fakaleleí.
ʻUluakí, ko e Toetuʻú. Ko e tautea ʻi he ʻaho ʻo ʻĀtamá ki he maumau fonó ko e mate; pea kuo hoko ai ʻa e maté ki he taha kotoa. Ko e folofola ʻeni ʻa e ʻEikí, “Ko e ʻaho ko ia te ke kai aí ko e moʻoni te ke mate” [Sēnesi 2:17; vakai foki, Mōsese 3:17]. Kuo hanga ʻe he fakalelei ne fai ʻe Sīsū Kalaisí ʻo ʻomi ʻa e toetuʻu mei he maté, ʻo toe fakafoki mai ʻa e moʻuí. Ko ia ne folofola ai ʻa Sīsū: “Ko Au ko e toetuʻu, mo e moʻui: ko ia ʻoku tui kiate Aú, ka ne mate ia, ʻe moʻui pē ia;” [Sione 11:25] pea hoko ai ʻa Sīsū tonu pē ko e polopolo ʻo e toetuʻú ʻo kinautolu ne mohé.
