Ko ʻEletā Niila A. Mekisuelé (1926–2004) naʻe hoko ko ha ākonga ʻofeina ʻa e ʻEiki ko Sīsū Kalaisí. Naʻá ne hoko ko ha mēmipa ʻo e Kōlomu ʻo e Kau ʻAposetolo ʻe Toko Hongofulu Mā Uá ʻi ha taʻu ʻe 23, mei he 1981 ki he 2004. Kuo tāpuekina ʻe he mālohi fakalaumālie ʻo ʻene ngaahi akonakí mo ʻene sīpinga ʻo e tuʻunga fakaākonga faivelengá ʻa e kāingalotu ʻo e Siasi ʻo e Fakamoʻuí kuo fakafoki maí pea mo e kakai ʻo e māmaní pea ʻoku kei hokohoko atu ke ne tāpuakiʻi kinautolu ʻi ha ngaahi founga fakaofo.
