Ang Daghang Ngalan ni Jesus

Daghang propeta ang nagtudlo mahitungod ni Jesukristo. Sila miingon nga Siya matawo aron ipakita nato unsaon sa pagpakabuhi. Sila migamit og daghang ngalan aron sa pagtudlo mahitungod Kaniya.

Usahay diha sa mga kasulatan si Jesus gitawag og Immanuel. Kana nga ngalan nagpasabot nga “ang Dios uban kanato.”

Ang laing ngalan ni Jesus mao ang Prinsipe sa Pakigdait. Kon kita nahadlok o naguol, Siya makatabang nato nga mabati ang kalinaw pinaagi sa Espiritu Santo.

Si Jesus gitawag usab og Mesiyas. Ang Mesiyas nagpasabot nga “ang usa nga dinihogan.” Si Jesus namatay alang nato aron kita makapuyo pag-usab uban sa Dios.

Si Jesus mao ang atong Manluluwas. Siya miluwas nato gikan sa atong mga sala ug kamatayon.
