Ko Hono Toe ʻIloʻi ʻo e Laumālie ʻo e Kilisimasí

Palesiteni Thomas S. Monson

Naʻe fakaafeʻi au mo ha kaumātuʻa kei talavou kehe ʻi he ngaahi taʻu kuo hilí ki ha fale mahaki ʻi Sōleki Siti ke fai ngāue ki ha fānau ʻoku puke. Naʻa mau fakatokangaʻi ʻi heʻemau aʻu atu ki aí ha fuʻu ʻakau Kilisimasi mo hono ngaahi maama ngingila fakafiefiá, pea mau mamata ki he ngaahi meʻaʻofa kofukofuʻi lelei ʻi lalo ʻi he fuʻu ʻakaú.

ʻOku ou fakatauange te tau maʻu kotoa ʻi hotau lotó mo ʻetau moʻuí ʻa e laumālie ʻo e Kilisimasí,— ʻo ʻikai ngata pē ʻi he faʻahitaʻu ko ʻení ka ʻi he taʻú hono kotoa.

ʻOku tau manatu kiate Ia ʻa ia ʻoku tau fakamanatua ʻa Hono ʻaloʻi ʻi he faʻahitaʻu ko ʻeni ʻo e taʻu, ʻi he taimi ʻoku tau maʻu ai ʻa e laumālie ʻo e Kilisimasí: “He kuo ʻaloʻi kiate kimoutolu ʻi he ahó ni, ʻi he kolo ʻo Tēvitá, ʻa e Fakamoʻuí, ʻa ia ko Kalaisi ko e ʻEikí” (Luke 2:11).

ʻOku ʻi ai ha fatongia mahuʻinga lahi ʻi hotau ʻahó ni ʻo hono foaki ʻo e ngaahi meʻaʻofá ʻi hono fakamanatua ʻo e faʻahitaʻu Kilisimasí. ʻOku ou fifili ai pe ʻe ʻaonga nai haʻatau fehuʻi hifo kiate kitautolu ʻo pehē, Ko e hā ha ngaahi meʻaʻofa ʻoku finangalo ʻa e ʻEikí ke u foaki ange kiate Ia pe ki he niʻihi kehé ʻi he faʻahitau mahuʻinga ko ʻeni ʻo e taʻú?

“He ko e moʻoni, ko e moʻoni, ʻoku ou pehē kiate kimoutolu, ko ia ia ʻokú ne maʻu ʻa e laumālie ʻo e fakakikihí ʻoku ʻikai ʻaʻaku ia, ka ʻoku ʻo e tēvoló ia, ʻa ia …ʻokú ne ueʻi hake ʻa e loto ʻo e kakai ke fefakakikihiʻaki ʻi heʻita, ʻiate kinautolu.

“Vakai, ʻoku ʻikai ko ʻeku tokāteliné ʻeni, ke ueʻi ʻa e loto ʻo e kakaí ke feʻiteʻitani; ʻiate kinautolu; ka ko ʻeku tokāteliné ʻeni ke fakangata hono fai ʻo e ngahi meʻa peheé” (3 Nīfai 11:29–30).

ʻOku ou ngaohi ʻa e toulekeleká ke foki ki honau anga ʻi he kei talavoú, pea fiefia ʻi honau ngaahi anga ʻi muʻá.

ʻOku ou tauhi ke longomoʻui ʻa e feʻofaʻaki ʻi he loto ʻo e toʻu tupú, pea ngaohi ke maamangia ʻa e mohé ʻi he ngaahi misi ʻoku lelei.

ʻOku ou ngaohi ʻa e vaʻe ʻoku vēkeveké, ke tokoniʻi ʻa kinautolu ʻoku faingataʻaʻiá, pea ofo ai ʻa e loto ʻo e tokolahi koeʻuhi ko e ngaahi lelei ʻo e māmaní.

ʻOku ou hū atu ki he ngaahi loki fakapōpula fakapoʻulí, ʻo fakamanatuʻi ki he tangata faihalá ʻa e meʻa naʻe totonu ke hokó, mo fakamahino ange ʻoku hanga mei muʻa ha ngaahi ʻaho lelei.

ʻOku ou ngaohi ʻa e māmani kuo ongosiá ʻi ha founga ʻe lauiafe, ke hanga hake ki he fofonga ʻo e ʻOtuá, pea fakangaloʻi ʻi ha kiʻi taimi siʻi ʻa e ngaahi meʻa iiki mo fakamamahí.
