Ko e talanoa ʻo e Siasi ʻo Sīsū Kalaisi ʻo e Kau Māʻoniʻoni ʻi he Ngaahi ʻAho Kimui Ní ko ha talanoa ia fekauʻaki mo e ngaahi fāmilí. ʻI heʻeku pehē ngaahi fāmilí, ʻoku ʻikai ke u ʻuhinga au ki he fakakaukau fakaonopooni ko ia ʻo e Fineʻeikí, Tangataʻeikí, mo e fānaú.

ʻOku ou fakaʻaongaʻi ʻa e foʻi leá ʻi he founga ʻoku fakaʻaongaʻi ʻe he ʻEikí, ʻo hangē ha lea ʻuhinga tatau ki he faʻahinga pe ngaahi fāmili laui toʻu tangata, koeʻuhí ko e tokotaha kotoa pē ʻoku ʻi ai hono fāmili. ʻOku fakatefito e palani ʻa ʻetau Tamai Hēvaní maʻa ʻEne fānaú ʻi he faʻahinga fāmili pehení—ʻo ʻi ai e fānau ʻoku nau maʻu ha mālohi mei he ngaahi kuí ʻi ha ngaahi laui toʻu tangata, kimuʻa mo e ngaahi mātuʻa ʻoku nau feinga ke tāpuekina honau hakó ʻi he ngaahi toʻu tangata, ka hoko maí.

ʻI he tuʻunga ko ʻení ʻoku toe fakamatalaʻi foki ʻe he Tohi ʻa Molomoná ha ngaahi talanoa ʻo ha ngaahi fāmili. ʻI heʻetau lau ʻa e ngaahi talanoa ko ʻení, ʻoku tau ʻilo ai ʻoku teʻeki ai ke fuʻu liliu fēfē e ngaahi fāmilí ʻi he ngaahi senituli kuo tau sītuʻa mei aí.

Ko e hā nai naʻe fakatolonga ai ʻe he ʻEikí ʻa e lekooti ʻo e ngaahi talanoa ko ʻení? Ko e hā ʻokú Ne finangalo ke tau ako meiate kinautolú? ʻOku kau nai ai ha ngaahi lēsoni te ne lava ʻo tokoniʻi kitautolu ʻi heʻetau feinga ke fakatahatahaʻi, fakamoʻui, mo silaʻi hotau fāmilí?

Ko ha Lēsoni meia Līhai

ʻOku ou tui ʻoku ʻi ai ha lēsoni mahuʻinga kiate kitautolu mei he fuofua fāmili ʻi he Tohi ʻa Molomoná—ʻa e fāmili ʻo Līhaí—mahalo kuo ʻikai ke tau fakatokangaʻi. ʻE lava ke akoʻi mai ʻe he fāmili ʻo Līhaí ha meʻa lahi ʻo kau ki he ngaahi lēkooti fakafāmilí—ʻa e ʻuhinga ʻoku nau mahuʻinga ai ki he ʻEikí mo e ʻuhinga ʻoku totonu ai ke mahuʻinga kiate kitautolú.

ʻI he kamata ʻa e talanoá, ʻoku ohi hake ʻe Līhai mo Selaia hona ngaahi ʻōfefiné mo e ngaahi foha ʻe toko faá ʻi Selusalema, ʻo nau nofo fiemālie pē ʻi he kolo fakaʻofoʻofa ko iá. Naʻe liliu ʻenau moʻuí ʻo taʻe ngata ʻi he taimi naʻe fekauʻi ai ʻe he ʻEikí ʻa Līhai ke ʻave hono fāmilí ki he feituʻu maomaonganoá.

Naʻe talangofua ʻa Līhai, peá ne liʻaki mo hono fāmilí ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kotoa pē ne nau maʻú pea nau faifononga atu ki he feituʻu maomaonganoá.

ʻOku faitāpuekina hotau fāmilí koeʻuhí ko e fekaú ni, ʻaki ʻa e lea ko ʻeni ʻo e tuí mo e talangofuá meia Nīfaí: “Te u ʻalu ʻo fai ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kuo fekau ʻe he ʻEikí, he ʻoku ou ʻilo ʻoku ʻikai tuku mai ʻe he ʻEikí ha fekau ki he fānau ʻa e tangatá kae ʻikai te ne teuteu ha hala maʻanautolu ke nau lava ai ʻo fai ʻa e meʻa kuó ne fekau kiate kinautolú” (1 Nīfai 3:7).

Ko ha lekooti e ʻū lauʻi peleti palasá. Naʻe ʻi ai e ngaahi folofola, ka naʻe ʻi ai foki mo e hisitōlia fakafāmili ʻa Līhaí. Naʻe ʻafioʻi ʻe he ʻEikí hono mahuʻinga fau ke kei fakatolonga ʻa e lekooti ko iá maʻá e ngaahi laui toʻu tangata, ka hoko maí.

Kuó ke fifili nai ki he ʻuhinga naʻe ʻikai fekauʻi ai ʻe he ʻEikí ʻa Līhaí, ka ko hono ngaahi fohá, ke foki ʻo ʻomai e lekōtí? Ko e pēteliake ia ʻo e fāmilí. Naʻe foaki ange ʻe he ʻEikí kiate ia ʻa e meʻa-hā-maí.

Ka ko e meʻa mahuʻinga tahá, naʻa nau ako ko e taimi ʻoku ʻomi ai ʻe he ʻEikí ha fekau, ʻokú Ne tofa moʻoni ha hala.

Te tau ala fehuʻi loto hifo, ko e hā ʻoku fie maʻu ʻe he ʻEikí ke ako ʻe hotau ngaahi fohá mo e ʻōfefiné ʻi heʻenau “foki” ke kumia e ngaahi lekooti hotau fāmilí? Ko e hā e ngaahi tāpuaki ʻokú Ne ʻamanaki ke ʻoange ki ho ngaahi foha mo e ngaahi ʻofefiné ʻo fakafou ʻi he ngāue fakatemipalé mo e hisitōlia fakafāmilí?

ʻI he foki atu ʻa Nīfai mo hono ngaahi tokouá ki he fale fehikitaki ʻenau tamaí, “naʻe toʻo [ʻe Līhai], ʻa e ngaahi lekooti kuo tongitongi ʻi he ngaahi peleti ʻo e palasá, ʻo ne fakatotolo ʻi ai mei hono kamataʻangá.” Naʻá ne ʻilo ai e “ngaahi tohi ʻe nima ʻa Mōsesé,” “ngaahi kikite ʻa e kau palōfita māʻoniʻoni,” mo “ha tohi hohoko ʻo ʻene ngaahi tamaí; ko ia naʻá ne ʻiloʻi ai ko ha hako ia ʻo Siosefa … ʻa ia naʻe fakatau ki ʻIsipité.” Pea ʻi he “mamata [ʻa Līhai] ki he ngaahi meʻá ni kotoa pē, naʻe fonu ia ʻi he Laumālié” (1 Nīfai 5:10, 11, 13, 14, 17).

Naʻe akoʻi leva ʻe Līhai ki hono fāmilí ʻa e meʻa kuó ne ʻilo mei he ʻū lauʻi peletí.

Naʻa nau ʻoange ki hono ngaahi hakó ha ʻilo pe ko hai kinautolu ʻo fakafehokotaki ai kinautolu ki he kau pēteliake tui faivelenga ʻo e kuohilí mo fakatō ki honau lotó “ʻa e ngaahi talaʻofa naʻe fai ki he ngaahi tamaí” (T&F 2:2; Siosefa Sāmita—Hisitōlia 1:39). Naʻe mahuʻinga ʻaupito ʻa e ngaahi lekooti ko ʻení ki he tui ʻa e toʻu tangata ʻoku teʻeki fanauʻi maí ko ia naʻe fakatokanga ai ʻa e Laumālié kia Nīfai, ka ʻikai kinautolu, ʻe “fakaʻauʻauhifo mo e mole ʻa ha puleʻanga ʻi he taʻetuí” (1 Nīfai 4:13).

ʻOku fakahaaʻi ʻe ha aʻusia ʻo ha kakai ʻe taha ʻi he Tohi ʻa Molomoná ʻa hono moʻoni ko e taimi ʻoku mole ai e ngaahi lekōtí, ʻoku mole ʻa e moʻoní, pea ʻe lava ke fakatuʻutāmaki ʻa hono olá ki he toʻu tangata kahaʻú.

Naʻe mavahe ʻa e kau Mūlekí mei Selūsalema ʻi he meimei taimi tatau pē mo e fāmili ʻo Līhaí. Ka naʻe ʻikai hangē ko e fāmili ʻo Līhaí he “kuo ʻikai ke nau ʻomi ha ngaahi lēkooti mo kinautolu.” ʻI he taimi ne ʻiloʻi ai kinautolu ʻe Mōsaia he taʻu ʻe 400 nai mei ai, “kuo fakaʻau ʻo kovi ʻenau leá … pea nau fakaʻikaiʻi ʻoku ʻi ai haʻanau Tupuʻanga” (ʻAmenai 1:17). Kuo ʻikai ke nau toe ʻiloʻi ko ha kakai ʻo e fuakava ʻa kinautolu.

Naʻe akoʻi ʻe Mōsaia ʻa ʻene leá ki he kau Mūlekí koeʻuhí ke nau ako mei he ngaahi lekooti naʻá ne maʻú.
