ʻE ʻasi atu e fakatātā ko ʻeni ʻo Nāvuú ʻi he takafi muʻa ʻo e Kau Māʻoniʻoní ʻi he voliume 1.

Ko ha talanoa moʻoni ia ʻo fakatatau mo e ngaahi lekooti ʻa e kakai mei he kuohilí. ʻOku ʻuhinga e ngaahi fakamatala ʻi he fakaʻosinga ʻo e vahe kotoa pē ki he ngaahi lekooti mo e ngaahi maʻuʻanga fakamatala kehé.

Ko e Kupesi Maʻongoʻonga ʻo e Fakafoki mai ʻo e Ongoongolelei

ʻOku ʻikai ko ha folofola ʻa e ngaahi tohí ni, kae hangē ko e folofolá, ʻoku nau maʻu ha ngaahi moʻoni fakalangi mo ha ngaahi talanoa ki he kakai taʻe-haohaoa naʻa nau feinga ke hoko ko ha Kāingalotu ʻo fakafou ʻi he Fakalelei ʻa Sīsū Kalaisí (vakai, Mosaia 3:19).

ʻI hono fakatahaʻí, ʻoku tala ʻe he ngaahi voliume ʻe faá ʻa e talanoa ʻo e feinga ʻa e ʻEikí ke fakakakato ʻa e fekau ko ia ke fakahaohaoaʻi ʻa e Kaingalotu (vakai ʻEfesō 4:11–13).

Kuo maʻu ʻe he Kau Māʻoniʻoní ha founga, fotunga mo ha kau lautohi makehe mei he ongo voliume hisitōlia ʻa e Siasí kuo pulusi ʻi he kuohilí. Naʻʻe kamataʻi ʻa e ʻuluaki hisitōliá ʻe Siosefa Sāmita ʻi he 1830 pea kamata hono pulusí ʻi he 1842.2 Naʻe pulusi e tohi hono uá ʻi he 1930 ʻe he ʻasisiteni ʻo e fai hisitōlia ʻa e Siasí ʻa ia ko B.H. Roberts.3 Kuo fakaʻilonga ʻe he tuʻunga kuo aʻu fakamāmanilahi ki ai ʻa e siasí pea mo e fekau ʻa e ʻEikí ke tauhi maʻu ai pē e hisitōliá ke “ʻaonga ki he siasí, pea ki he ngaahi toʻu tangata tupu haké” (T&F 69:8) kuo taimi ke fakakau ʻi he talanoá ha Kāingalotu tokolahi ange ʻi he Ngaahi ʻAho Kimui Ní.

ʻOku hiki ʻi he Kau Māʻoniʻoní e ngaahi talanoa ʻo e kakai tangata moe kakai fefine mei he ngaahi fuofua ʻaho ʻo e Siasí ʻo aʻu ki he taimí ni, ʻOkú ne ʻomi foki ha ngaahi fakaikiiki foʻou mo ha fakakaukau ki he kakai ʻiloa mo e ngaahi meʻa naʻe hoko ʻi he hisitōlia ʻo e Siasí. ʻE tokoni atu e talanoa takitaha ke mahino kiate koe mo ke fakahoungaʻi e Kāingalotu ne nau muʻa mai ʻia koe ke langa e Siasí ki hono tuʻunga ʻi he ʻaho ní. Ne ʻi ai haʻanau ngaahi faingataʻaʻia mo e lavameʻa, pea ne nau feilaulau ke fokotuʻu ʻa Saione ʻo hangē pē ko kimoutolú. ʻE lalanga ʻe heʻenau—mo hoʻomou—ngaahi talanoá, ʻa e kupesi maʻongoʻonga ʻo hono Fakafoki Mai ʻo e Ongoongoleleí.

Ko Hotau Kuohili Toputapú

Naʻe tauhi ʻe he kau tauhi lekooti ʻo e Tohi ʻa Molomoná ha ngaahi peleti lalahi mo iiki. Naʻe lekooti ʻa e ngaahi peleti īkí “koeʻuhi ko Kalaisi, pea koeʻuhi ke ʻaonga ki homau kakaí” (Sēkope 1:4). ʻOku fakataumuʻa ʻa e Kau Māʻoniʻoní ke hoko ko ha hisitōlia “peleti iiki”, ʻa ia ʻe nofo taha ʻi he ngaahi meʻa toputapu ʻo hotau kuohilí.

ʻOku ʻikai nofo taha pē ʻa e Kau Māʻoniʻoní ʻi he kakai taʻe-haohaoa ʻi he kuohilí ʻa ia ne nau lelei ange ʻi he tokoni ʻa e ʻEikí. ʻOku fakataumuʻa foki ia maʻá e kakai taʻe-haohaoa he taimí ni ʻa ia ʻoku nau fie manatuʻi maʻu pē Iá. Te ne fakamanatu atu kiate koe ʻa e founga kuo fakahaaʻi ai ʻe he Fakamoʻuí e ʻaloʻofá ki Hono kakaí, ʻa e founga kuó Ne fakamālohia ai e kakai vaivaí mo e founga kuo fetākinima fakataha ai e Kāingalotu ʻi he māmaní ke paotoloaki e ngāue ʻa e ʻOtuá.
