Woman Healed, tā ʻe J. Kirk Richards

ʻOku ʻi ai ha fuʻu faikehekehe lahi ʻi he kau taki kovi taha ʻo e māmaní pea mo e taki haohaoá, ko e Fakamoʻui ʻo e māmaní. Naʻe fakamatalaʻi ʻe Palesiteni Sipenisā W. Kimipolo (1895–1985) ʻo pehē: “Ko e kau taki ko ia ʻi he hisitōliá ne fuʻu fakamamahi moʻoni pē ʻenau tōʻonga ki he faʻahinga ʻo e tangatá naʻe tupu ia mei he ʻikai ke nau teitei maʻu e ngaahi ʻulungaanga lelei ʻo e Tangata ʻo Kālelí. Naʻe ʻofa taʻe siokita ʻa Sīsū, ka nau siokita kinautolu. Naʻe tokanga ʻa Sīsū ki he tauʻatāiná, ka nau tokanga kinautolu ki he pule aoniú. Naʻe tokanga ʻa Sīsū ki he ngāue tokoní, ka nau sio tuʻunga kinautolu. Ne feau ʻe Sīsū e fie maʻu ʻa e niʻihi kehé, ka nau tokanga pē kinautolu ki heʻenau fie maʻú mo e holí. Ne tokanga ʻa Sīsū ki hono fakatupulaki ʻEne kau ākongá, ka nau feinga kinautolu ke kākaaʻi e faʻahinga ʻo e tangatá. Ne maʻu ʻe Sīsū e manavaʻofá pea kanoniʻaki e fakamaau totonú, ka nau faʻa fakahoko e fakapuhopuhaʻá mo e taʻe fakamaau totonú.”1

Ke hoko ko ha takimuʻa lelei ʻi he Siasi ʻo e ʻEikí, kuo pau ke tau muimui ki Heʻene sīpingá. ʻE lava ke tokoni e ngaahi fakaukaú ni ke tau hoko ai ʻo anga faka-Kalaisi lahi ange ʻi hotau tuʻunga fakatakimuʻá.

Ko e kau taki ʻoku anga faka-Kalaisí ʻoku nau ngāue “mo e mata ʻoku hanga taha pē ki hono fakalāngilangiʻi ʻo e ʻOtuá” (T&F 4:5), ʻo feinga ke fai e finangalo ʻo e Tamai Hēvaní. Naʻe pehē ʻe he Fakamoʻuí, “Ne ʻikai te u ʻalu hifo mei he langí, ke fai hoku loto ʻoʻokú, ka ko e finangalo ʻo ia naʻá ne fekauʻi aú” (Sione 6:38).

ʻOku ʻikai ke falala e kau taki ʻoku anga faka-Kalaisí “ki he nima ʻo e kakanó” (2 Nīfai 4:34). ʻOku nau lotu ʻi he loto-fakatōkilalo ke maʻu ha tataki. ʻOku nau tatali ki he ʻEikí mo feinga ke fai ʻEne ngāué ʻi Heʻene taimi mo ʻEne founga ʻo ʻikai fakafalala ki honau talēnití mo e meʻa te nau malavá.

ʻOku ʻikai kumi tuʻunga ʻi he Siasí e kau taki ʻoku anga faka-Kalaisí; ʻoku nau sio ki he ngaahi uiuiʻí ko ha faingamālie ia ke fai ai ha ngāue, ka ʻoku ʻikai ko hano hikiʻi hake. ʻOku ʻikai foki ke nau sio ki he tukuangé ko hano tukuhifo. He kuo pau ke tukuange e uiuiʻi kotoa pē.

Ko e kau taki ʻoku anga faka-Kalaisí ko ha kau tamaioʻeiki; ʻoku nau tokoni, faiako, mo poupouʻi kinautolu ʻoku nau ngāué. ʻOku nau fekumi ke tāpuekina e niʻihi kehé, ʻo hangē ko ia naʻe fai ʻe he Fakamoʻuí: “ʻOku ʻikai te ne fai ha meʻa ʻo kapau ʻe ʻikai ʻaonga ia ki he kakai ʻo e māmaní” (2 Nīfai 26:24). ʻOku nau sio kiate kinautolu ko ha kau fakafofonga ʻo e ʻEikí ke tokoniʻi e niʻihi kehé ke nau foki hake kiate Ia.

ʻOku feinga e kau taki ʻoku anga faka-Kalaisí ke tokoniʻi e niʻihi kehé ke nau tupulaki. Naʻe akonaki ʻa Palesiteni Kimipolo ʻo pehē:

“Naʻe feʻunga e falala ʻa Sīsū ki hono kau muimuí ke vahevahe ʻene ngāué mo kinautolu koeʻuhí ke nau lava ʻo tupulaki. Ko e taha ia ʻo e lēsoni mahuʻinga taha ʻo hono tuʻunga fakatakimuʻá. Kapau he ʻikai ke tau fakakau mai e kakaí koeʻuhí ko ha fie maʻu ke ola lelei mo vave ha ngāue, mahalo ʻe lava lelei e ngāué, ka he ʻikai tupulaki mo fakalakalaka e kau muimuí ʻa ia ko e meʻa ia ʻoku mahuʻinga tahá. …

“Naʻe foaki ʻe Sīsū ʻa e moʻoní ki he kakaí mo ha ngaahi ngāue naʻe feʻunga mo e meʻa te nau malavá. Naʻe ʻikai ke ne lomekina ʻaki kinautolu ha meʻa ne lahi ange he meʻa te nau malavá, ka naʻá ne ʻoange ha meʻa feʻunga ke tupulaki ai ʻenau moʻui fakalaumālié.”2

Naʻe fakamatalaʻi ʻe he Palōfita ko Siosefa Sāmitá e founga naʻá ne tataki lelei ai e kakaí: “ʻOku ou akoʻi ange kiate kinautolu ʻa e ngaahi tefitoʻi moʻoni totonú, pea nau puleʻi pē ʻe kinautolu ʻa kinautolu.”3 Ko e uho ʻeni ʻo e founga fakatakimuʻa ʻa e ʻEikí.
