1:44Mosiah, Father of Benjamin See also Benjamin, Father of Mosiah; Zarahemla In the Book of Mormon, a Nephite prophet who was made king over the people in Zarahemla. Mosiah was warned to flee out of the land of Nephi, Omni 1:12. He discovered the people of Zarahemla, Omni 1:14–15. He had the people of Zarahemla taught in his language, Omni 1:18. He was appointed king of the united peoples, Omni 1:19. His son, Benjamin, reigned after his death, Omni 1:23.
