1. Ev’ry day I choose
whether I will use
my agency to do what’s right,
to follow darkness or the light.

Choose ye this day whom ye will follow;
the choice is yours to hear God’s word;
but as for me and my house,

2. God expects of me
all that I can be,
and, as His child, He’ll help me do
whatever’s honest, kind, and true.
