Ko e hā koā ʻa e fiefia ko ʻeni ʻoku tau hivaʻi mo akoʻí pea ʻoku ʻi ai hotau fatongia ke foaki ki he faʻahinga kotoa pē ʻo e tangatá? Pea ʻoku maʻu fēfē ia? Tuku muʻa ke tau fakakaukau fakataha he taimí ni ki he ngaahi tali ki he ongo fehuʻi mahuʻingá ni.

Ko e Hā ʻa e Fiefia?

“Kae vakai, kuo fai ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kotoa pē ʻi he poto ʻo ia ʻokú ne ʻafioʻi ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kotoa pē.

“Naʻe hinga ʻa ʻĀtamá koeʻuhi ke ʻi ai ʻa e faʻahinga ʻo e tangatá; pea ʻoku ʻi ai ʻa e faʻahinga ʻo e tangatá koeʻuhi ke nau maʻu ʻa e fiefiá” (2 Nīfai 2:24–25).

Naʻe fakamatalaʻi fakanounou ʻe ʻĀtama mo ʻIvi e ngaahi lēsoni mahuʻinga naʻá na ako mei he Tamai Taʻengatá pea mo e meʻa naʻá na aʻusiá. Pea naʻe pehē ʻe ʻIvi: “Ka ne taʻeʻoua ʻeta maumau-fonó pehē ʻe ʻikai pē te ta maʻu ha hako, pea ʻikai foki ʻiloʻi ʻa e leleí mo e koví, pea mo e fiefia ʻo hota huhuʻí, pea mo e moʻui taʻengata ʻa ia ʻoku foaki ʻe he ʻOtuá kiate kinautolu kotoa pē ʻoku talangofuá” (Mōsese 5:11; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

ʻOku fakaʻatā ʻe he palani ʻo e fiefia ʻa e Tamaí ke lava ʻe Heʻene fānaú ʻo maʻu ha sino fakatuʻasino mo ha aʻusia fakamatelie, ke fili e angamāʻoniʻoní ʻi he lotolotonga ʻo e koví mo e ʻahiʻahí, pea ke tokoni ki he Tamai Hēvaní ʻi Heʻene palani maʻongoʻongá ʻo fakafou ʻi he nofo-mali mo e tuʻunga fakaemātuʻa fakaʻeiʻeikí.9 Ko e moʻoní, ʻi he taimi ʻo ʻetau toetuʻú, “[ʻoku] toe fakatahaʻi ʻa e laumālié pea mo e sinó, pea ʻe ʻikai ke toe fakamavahevaheʻi, koeʻuhí ke nau maʻu ʻa e kakato ʻo e fiefiá” (Tokāteline mo e Ngaahi Fuakava 138:17; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

ʻOku Maʻu Fēfē ʻa e Fiefiá?

ʻOku ou tui ʻoku ʻaonga e faikehekehe ʻi he fiefia angamāʻoniʻoní mo e fiefia fakaemāmaní pea tokoni ke mahino lelei ange kiate kitautolu e natula ʻo e fiefia moʻoní. ‘Oku maʻu e fiefiá mei hono fakaʻaongaʻi e tui ki he ʻEiki ko Sīsū Kalaisí, maʻu moʻui taau mo tauhi faivelenga e ngaahi ouau mo e ngaahi fuakava toputapú, pea fāifeinga ke hoko ʻo ului moʻoni ki he Fakamoʻuí mo ʻEne ngaahi taumuʻá. Ko e fiefiá ko e ola ia ʻo e “nēkeneka,” “[mo e] tōʻonga pe lea fakakata mo faʻa longomoʻui,” pe liliu fakafiefiá.10 ‘Oku fakafiefia ha ʻaho ʻeva ʻi Tisinīlení. ‘Oku fakafiefia ʻa e teuteu mo kau moʻui taau ki he ouau ʻo e sākalamēnití.

Ko e nēkeneká ʻoku fakalaumālie; kae fakatuʻasino ʻa e fiefiá. ʻOku meimei tuʻuloa ʻa e nēkeneká; kae fakataimi ʻa e fiefiá. ʻOku loloto mo lahi ʻa e nēkeneká; kae mamaha ʻa e fiefiá. ʻOku kātoi mo kakato ʻa e nēkeneká; kae taʻekakato ʻa e fiefiá. ‘Oku fekauʻaki ʻa e nēkeneká mo e moʻui fakamatelié mo e taʻengatá; kae fekauʻaki pē ʻa e fiefiá mo e moʻui fakamatelié.

Naʻe fakamoʻoni e palōfita ko Sēkopé ʻo pehē: “Kae vakai, ko e kau angatonú, ʻa ia ko e kau māʻoniʻoni ʻa e Tokotaha Māʻoniʻoni ʻo ʻIsilelí, ʻa kinautolu kuo tui ki he Tokotaha Māʻoniʻoni ʻo ʻIsilelí, ʻa kinautolu ʻa ia kuo nau kātekina ʻa e ngaahi kolosi ʻo e māmaní pea ʻikai te nau mā aí, te nau maʻu ʻa e puleʻanga ʻo e ʻOtuá, ʻa ia naʻe teuteu moʻonautolu talu mei hono ʻai ʻa e tuʻunga ʻo e māmaní, pea ʻe kakato ʻa ʻenau fiefiá ʻo taʻengata” (2 Nīfai 9:18; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

Ko e Maʻuʻanga Moʻoni ʻo e Fiefiá

Koeʻuhí ko e palani ʻa e Tamai Hēvaní mo e Fakalelei ʻa e Fakamoʻuí, ʻoku fakaafeʻi kitautolu ʻe he fakatomala moʻoní ke tau tafoki pea falala kia Sīsū Kalaisi, ko e maʻuʻanga moʻoni ʻo e fiefiá. Kātaki ʻo fakakaukau fakalelei ki he tali ʻa e kakai ʻa e Tuʻi ko Penisimaní ki heʻene ngaahi akonaki fekauʻaki mo e Fakalelei ʻa e Fakamoʻuí:

“Pea ko ʻeni, naʻe hoko ʻo pehē ʻi he fakaʻosi ʻe he tuʻi ko Penisimaní ʻa ʻene folofola ʻaki ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kuo fakahā kiate ia ʻe he ʻāngelo ʻa e ʻEikí, naʻá ne ʻafio takatakai atu ki he kakaí, ʻo ne ʻafio kuo nau tō ki he kelekelé, he kuo tō kiate kinautolu ʻa e manavahē ki he ʻEikí.

“Pea kuo vakai ki honau tuʻunga fakakakano ʻonautolú, ʻa ia ʻoku nau siʻi hifo ʻi he efu ʻo e kelekelé. “Pea naʻe hoko ʻo pehē ʻi he hili ʻa ʻenau lea ʻaki ʻa e ngaahi lea ní naʻe tō kiate kinautolu ʻa e Laumālie ʻo e ʻEikí, pea naʻa nau fonu ʻi he fiefia, hili ʻenau maʻu ha fakamolemole ʻo ʻenau ngaahi angahalá, mo e fiemālie ʻo e konisēnisí, ko e tupu mei he fuʻu tui lahi ʻa ia naʻa nau maʻu kia Sīsū Kalaisi ʻa ia te ne hāʻele maí” (Mōsaia 4:1–3; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

“Kapau ʻoku mou fai ʻeku ngaahi fekaú, te mou nofo ʻi heʻeku ʻofá; ʻo hangē ko ʻeku fai ʻa e ngaahi fekau ʻa ʻeku Tamaí, peá u nofo ʻi heʻene ʻofá.

“Kuó u lea ʻaki ʻa e ngaahi meʻá ni kiate kimoutolu, koeʻuhí ke u maʻu maʻu ai pē ʻa e fiefiá ʻiate kimoutolu, pea ke kakato ai hoʻomou fiefiá” (Sione 15:10–11; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

“Pea ʻoku ʻikai maʻu ʻe ha tangata ʻa hono kakató tuku kehe ʻo kapau te ne tauhi ʻene ngaahi fekaú.

“Ko ia ia ʻokú ne tauhi ʻene ngaahi fekaú ʻokú ne maʻu ʻa e moʻoní mo e māmá, kae ʻoua ke fakanāunauʻi ia ʻi he moʻoní peá ne ʻiloʻi ʻa e ngaahi meʻa kotoa pē” (Tokāteline mo e Ngaahi Fuakava 93:27–28).

Koeʻuhí ko e palani ʻa e Tamai Hēvaní mo e Fakalelei ʻa e Fakamoʻuí, ʻoku fakaafeʻi kitautolu ʻe he ngāue tokoní ke tau faʻifaʻitaki ki he ʻulungaanga ʻo Sīsū Kalaisí, ko e maʻuʻanga moʻoni ʻo e fiefiá. Naʻe pehē ʻe ʻAlamā ko e Siʻí ki hono foha ko Hilamaní: “[Kuó u] ngāue taʻetuku, ke u lava ʻo fakatafoki mai ha kakai ki he fakatomalá; ke u ʻomi ʻa kinautolu ke nau ʻahiʻahiʻi ʻa e fuʻu fiefia lahi ʻa ia naʻá ku ʻahiʻahiʻi ʻe aú; koeʻuhí ke nau fanauʻi ʻi he ʻOtuá foki, pea fonu ʻi he Laumālie Māʻoniʻoní” (ʻAlamā 36:24; tānaki atu hono fakamamafaʻí).

Manatu ki he fiefia ‘a ʻĀmoni ʻi heʻene fakamatala ki heʻene ngāue fakafaifekau ʻi he kau Leimaná:

Ko ha Talaʻofa Fakafiefia

Ko e fiefia ʻoku tolongá ʻoku ʻikai ko ha tāpuaki ia kuo fakatatali ki ha niʻihi toko siʻi kuo fili. Ka, ko e mēmipa kotoa ʻo e Siasi ʻo e ʻEikí kuo fakafoki maí, ʻa ia ʻoku fāifeinga ke manatuʻi mo tauhi e ngaahi fuakava toputapú pea tauhi e ngaahi fekaú, te nau lava ʻo maʻu e meʻaʻofa ko ʻení, ʻo fakatatau ki he finangalo mo e taimi ʻa e ʻOtuá.
