ʻOku ou fehiʻa ʻi he ʻalu ki he toketaá. ʻOku ou ilifia maʻu pē ʻi he hohaʻá, fiu talí, huhu koná, mo e fekau ke “fiemālie pē.” ʻI heʻeku kei siʻi ʻaupitó, naʻá ku fakakaukau ko e kau nēsí mo e kau toketaá ko ha kakai angakovi naʻa nau fakakaukau pē ko ha fakamolū pineʻanga hui kita, ka ʻi heʻeku matuʻotuʻa angé ne u ʻiloʻi naʻe ʻikai ke nau angakovi; ne nau tokoni. Pea naʻá ku faʻa ongoʻi fiemālie ange hili ʻeku ʻaʻahi kiate kinautolú. Naʻe tatau ai pē ʻa e ngali fakapipiko e tali ʻi he loki tataliʻangá, ʻa e leʻolahi ʻo ʻeku kikií hili ha huhu koná, pe lahi ʻo ʻeku loto-mamahí ʻi he talamai ʻe he toketaá ke u mālōloó, ka ʻi he fakamulitukú, naʻe ʻaonga maʻu pē ia.

Ko e taimi ʻe niʻihi ʻoku hangē ʻa e fakatomalá ko ha ʻaʻahi ki he toketaá.

Ko Ha Fiefia pe Mamahi?

ʻI hoʻo ilifia ʻi he fakakaukau ki he faitoʻo koná pe hui māsilá, ʻokú ke momou nai ʻi hoʻo fanongo ki he ngaahi kupuʻi lea “mamahiʻia ʻi he mamahi taʻengatá,” “fakamamahiʻi ai au ʻaki ʻa e ngaahi mamahi ʻo helí,” mo e “ʻahu ʻo e mamahí”? (vakai, ʻAlamā 36:12–18). Ko e founga ia naʻe fakamatalaʻi ʻaki ʻe ʻAlamā ʻa e kamataʻanga ʻo ʻene fakatomalá, ʻikai ko ia?

ʻOku hangē leva e huhu kona mei he toketaá ha meʻa ʻoku ongonoa peé. Ko e hā nai hono ʻuhinga ʻene fie maʻu e niʻihi kehé ke nau aʻusia e meʻa naʻe mātuʻaki fakamamahi kiate iá?

Mahalo pē ko hono ʻuhingá ko e meʻa naʻe hoko atu aí.

“Naʻá ku tangi ʻi hoku lotó: ʻE Sīsū, ʻa koe ko e ʻAlo ʻo e ʻOtuá, ʻaloʻofa mai kiate au. …

“Pea ko ʻeni, vakai, ʻi heʻeku fakakaukau ki aí, naʻe ʻikai te u toe manatu ki hoku ngaahi mamahí; ʻio, naʻe ʻikai ke toe tauteaʻi hoku lotó ʻi heʻeku manatu ki heʻeku ngaahi angahalá.

“Pea ʻoiauē, ko e fiefia, mo e maama fakaofo kuó u vakai ki aí; ʻio, naʻe fonu hoku laumālié ʻi he fuʻu fiefia naʻe tatau hono lahí mo hoku mamahí!”( ʻAlamā 36:18–20; toki tānaki ʻa e fakamamafá). Naʻe ʻilo ʻe ʻAlamā ko e fiefia ʻoku tau aʻusia ʻi he hili ʻa e faingataʻa mo e mamahi ʻoku tau fehangahangai mo ia ʻi heʻetau ngaahi angahalá, ʻoku mahuʻinga ia. Ko e fiefia naʻá ne ongoʻí naʻe fakaʻofoʻofa mo lelei ange ia ʻi ha toe ongo naʻá ne maʻu kimuʻa (vakai, ʻAlamā 36:21).

ʻIkai Ha Meʻa ʻe Manavahē Ki Ai

Kapau ʻoku taʻefiemālie e kakaí ʻi he fakakaukau ki he fakatomalá, mahalo pē ko hono ʻuhingá ʻoku nau tokanga tāfataha pē ki he konga ʻoku fakamamahí.

Ko e Primum non nocere ko e lea faka-Latina ia ki he “ʻuluakí, ʻoua ʻe fakamamahi.” Ko ha tefitoʻi lao ia ki he kau toketā kotoa pē, ko ha fuakava ʻoku nau fakahoko. ʻOku ʻikai ko e ʻuhingá ia ʻoku nau fuakava ʻe ʻikai ʻaupito ke toe ʻi ai ha mamahi, ka ko e meʻa kotoa pē te nau faí ʻoku fai maʻu pē ia maʻá e lelei ʻa e mahakí.

ʻOkú ke pehē ʻoku fakahoko ʻe he ʻOtuá mo Sīsū Kalaisi ha ngaahi fuakava pehē? ʻIo, ʻokú Na fakahoko ia! Vakai pē ki he ʻĪsaia 1:18; ʻĪsaia 41:13; Loma 8:28; mo e 3 Nīfai 13:14. (Fakamātoato, vakai ki ai. Pea ko ha niʻihi siʻi pē ʻeni!) Ko hono faikehekehé, ʻoku fehālaaki e tangatá ia ʻi he taimi ʻe niʻihi. Ka ʻoku haohaoa ʻa Sīsū Kalaisi mo e Tamai Hēvaní, ko ia ke ke fakapapauʻi leva ko e meʻa kotoa pē ʻokú Na folofola mai ke ke faí ʻoku maʻá e lelei pē ʻoʻoú. Ko e fakatomalá ʻoku ʻikai tukutaha ʻi he tauteá. ʻOku kau ki ai ʻa e fakamoʻuí, ikunaʻi e ngaahi vaivaí, liʻaki ʻa e tangata fakakakanó, mo e tafoki mei he angahalá kae lava ʻo hanga ki he ʻOtuá.

Naʻe pehē ʻe ʻEletā Sioka Kelepinikata ʻo e Kau Fitungofulú, “Tali ʻa e Fakalelei ʻa Sīsū Kalaisí mo e fakatomalá ko ha meʻa ke ke talitali lelei mo fakaʻaongaʻi fakaʻaho ʻo fakatatau ki he tuʻutuʻuni ʻa e Toketā Māʻongoʻongá.

Ko e taimi pē ʻe tohi atu ai ʻe he Toketā Māʻongoʻongá, ʻa Sīsū Kalaisi, ha faitoʻo ki he fakatomalá, ʻoua naʻa tuku ke taʻofi koe hoʻo manavahē ʻi he faingataʻá pe fakamāʻiá. Falala ki Heʻene ngaahi talaʻofá he neongo te ke mamahi ʻi ha kiʻi taimi siʻi, ka ʻi he ʻaloʻofa lahi te Ne tānaki koe (vakai, 3 Nīfai 22:7), pea hangē ko ʻAlamaá, ʻe fonu ho laumālié ʻi he fuʻu fiefia ʻoku tatau hono lahí mo hoʻo mamahí (vakai, ʻAlamā 36:19–20).
