Study Something New
Purpose
Are you ready to learn something new? The Lord has given you gifts and abilities, and there is always something you can learn.
Goal Description
Study a subject that interests you, and learn something new.
Goal Ideas
-
Make a list or draw pictures of subjects that are interesting to you. Choose one subject that you want to learn more about, make a plan to study that subject, and get started!
-
Find someone who has experience with the subject you are interested in. Learn at least one new thing from that person. If you don’t know anyone that can help you, work with an adult to find online videos that can help you learn.
-
Keep a list of new things you learn about a subject. Write down ways you could use that knowledge. For example, say you’re interested in weather and learning about different cloud formations. Even if you don’t become a professional meteorologist (that’s someone who studies weather), how could your knowledge about clouds be useful?
-
Share your new knowledge with family and friends, or teach someone else what you have learned.
-
Create your own goal.
